My favorite RTS. Amazing campaign, extremely cool unit design and polished gameplay!
Muito bom e viciante. Algo desafiante tambem. Recomendo.

Пусть игра и классика, но ЕА.... Фу.
Très bon souvenir d'un temps passé
a game so perfect it brings a tear to my eyes
everywhere you look, this game has depth, meaning, passion. Usually i being by talking about the gameplay, but the story here takes center stage: Narrated by real human actors, it feels like watching a tv series! I was actually invested in the story, even if it isnt that phenomenal: the fact that there were real people, giving you commands and choices that actually do matter, make them the best "cutscenes" i have ever watched.
dont tell kojima that other than hiring actors, you have to let them ACT
This is nothing exclusive to CnC3: Kane has been acted by the same actor since 1995, inducting him into the Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition 2008 as the longest recurring actor in any video game franchise to date. there's
3
factions in the game

-1st GDI Big americanized mechs, jetpacks, artillery, central command, hot chicks.
-2nd NOD Guerrilla warfare, stealth, internal wars, a supreme leader.
-3rd
THE ALIENS

Which are the coolest faction of course, with the coolest units

In other words its the current state of the American continent. the gameplay look i'm no RTS veteran, but the gameplay was very interesting, with missions changing up how it's played, and new units being intoduced. It teaches how to play the factions. Each faction has a mission were you control their hero unit, the "commando", and they are the most fun missions you could ever play, jetpacking across enemy lines, c4ing the structures.. its great. THE MODERN REMAKE i hope to god it never gets remade, remastered, or reshitted. You cant remake perfection. but you can adapt it to modern systems: the game runs natively at 30fps, and the game logic is tied to it. just recently there's been a mod that enables 60, even 90FPS, without breaking the game logic. Think about it. a game from 2007 received a mod. Will modern games receive mods in 10-20 years from now? and honestly it's the only mod the game needed, along with the balance patch.
the verdict
the game is quite possibly the best RTS ever made. read my review of the sequel here: [not yet reviewed]
