Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 13 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very well executed indie football game... Solid 8.5 out of 10 Ruth plenty of room to develop also
College Bowl is the kind of game that makes you wonder if the devs found an old NES cartridge in a basement and said: "Yeah, let’s give this a scholarship." The ball moves like it’s late for class, the scoreboard looks like it was coded during a caffeine overdose, and every match feels like Space Invaders but with GPA pressure. It’s chaotic, it’s clunky, and it’s absolutely glorious, like playing Tecmo Bowl after someone spilled Mountain Dew on the cartridge. 10/10

This game is just good ol' fun! It has depth, replayability and great gameplay. You can edit players, teams and conferences. Lock in on Dynasty Mode and try to chase the National Championship and then attempt to rebuild your program, or jump right in and try to conquer a 24-team playoff! I do recommend the tutorial first, so you have a basic understanding of the game mechanics. Once you get it, IT IS FUN! You have 64 teams, all that can be edited with you choice of team colors, field and location. This is a throwback to those retro football games you love, but with even more depth and customization. There are also a bunch of different sliders as well to fit your gameplay needs. I love all of the bowl games and sponsor names, the developer had some fun with those! My only suggestion would be to fill up the stands with more home team support/colors during home games, and perhaps a mix and match of opposing fans during playoffs/bowl games. There are always some empty seats in the endzone, so adding more crowd support would amplify that college football atmosphere. Great game!
I was hoping for a lightweight dynasty game with old school football gameplay. I guess I got what I wanted: the dynasty mode is poorly thought out and poorly balanced, and the old school gameplay blows right past the 90s, giving me, instead of an update of Madden, 10 Yard Fight for the 2020s. As for the dynasty aspects: 1) recruiting is lame, with top recruits far too easily interested in my terrible program; 2) there doesn't appear to be way to meaningfully affect player development--although the game has a "work ethic" stat that can be buffed with facilities, none of my prospects (no matter how high their work ethic) grows more than 2-3 points per year. Simmed games rarely involve more than 14 points total, with a lot of 3-0 games. As for gameplay, it's just not fun. Too many interceptions, poor controls, absurdly difficult kicking and punting, and swiss cheese offensive lines (but not for the CPU). What a disappointment.
College bowl is a great 16 bit graphic football game. I like it a lot more than I liked legend bowl because it has a better playbook and because it has hot routes (change the receivers route before the ball is snapped). The game seems to have a playbook editor (not a play editor) but I was not able to get it to do anything. I would love to be able to remove the formations I don't want to use. There are some playbook mods. I was not able to get them to work. There are also team mods like NCAA teams. They seem difficult to add to the game though. The controls with an Xbox controller seem to work really well for me. The graphics are nice for a 16 bit style graphic game that is in 1920x1080. The main thing that makes me like this game is the pass routes in the plays in the playbook. There are lots of short crossing patterns. You can edit the teams in the game without a mod. I have started to change some of the teams to NCAA teams. I made some youtube videos of the gameplay. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OuipkLV3mM I bought the game on sale for 19.99.
This game is absolutely fantastic, don't let anyone else tell you otherwise until you and your friends play College Bowl out. You can install mods to your liking. Just head over to Legend Bowl's Discord for more help, tips and tricks and Academy.
Amazing game. Having a great time playing through a season.
This is a great game with a ton of teams and so many editing options. It never gets old!

Retro Bowl feeling but in 3D, very fun and has things EA should take into consideration for the CFB series
