Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

In a city of paper and steel, where old and new coexist, a small café becomes a refuge from the sweltering summer heat. Behind the counter, you serve the right drink at the right moment while your customers open up about love, loss, identity, and second chances, all to chill lo-fi beats.
• Brew hot and cold drinks for humans and yōkai

Every shift brings new conversations, new connections, and new possibilities.
While the atmosphere feels familiar, the customers and their journeys are entirely new.
You’ll meet:
• Kenji, a traditional kappa salaryman searching for meaning after retirement.
• Vin, the Barista’s assistant coping with a fractured past and the lingering consequences of a previous disaster.
• Ayame, a happy-go-lucky but recently deceased It girl struggling to understand her unexpected afterlife.
And many more new faces, each story unfolds based on how you listen, respond, and serve.
The composer of Coffee Talk and Coffee Talk Episode 2, Andrew “AJ” Jeremy, returns with an all-new lo-fi soundtrack to accompany every shift behind the counter.
Serve returning favorites and discover new drink options, including refreshing cold beverages perfect for Tokyo’s summer heat.
Enhance your latte art with sprinkle stencils, then personalize each drink by adding milk and etching your own finishing touches.
Engage with your customers beyond the café through Tomodachill, the in-game social network.
Tomodachill now features clickable hashtags. By following these hashtags, you can uncover hidden posts from characters you do not yet follow, revealing new layers of the story like a trail of breadcrumbs.
Some hidden posts contain important clues that influence how storylines unfold and can affect your path toward the best endings. Others expand the wider Coffee Talk world, sometimes offering glimpses of familiar faces.
Every post, reply, and connection may matter more than it first appears.

The smell of coffee percolating, the quiet sound of a bell announcing a new face... Coffee Talk Tokyo is a game that I will be thinking about for quite some time. It offers everything -- a colorful backdrop of Tokyo in the late summer, a lofi soundtrack that fits the mood of a slightly mystical coffee shop, and lots of fascinating stories. The jist is this -- you are a barista that works in a cafe that is open at night, and your drinks have the power to change stories. Sometimes the story involves a little girl who is being bullied for being different, or a celebrity that has lost his park for the music that once flowed like water through his fingertips. It is a story of grief, of connection, of community. It never comes off preachy, and all of the characters fit the setting. It is a game that respects the characters, and the setting. Each character is some form of yokai, or a spirit from Japanese folklore, and their background and stories are treated with respect and reverence. What really got me to write this review, however, is how kindly the author treats the characters. The pacing is wonderful, and the disabled characters advocate for themselves -- even against people who love them and mean well. It just goes to show that the power of connection, of community, can really tell a story. It's a simple story, but that's what's so great about it. Definitely give it a try, and I'll be eagerly looking forward to the next game.

didn't plan to finish this game in one day, but apparently i did i didn't even realize it was already dark outside! it didn't waste my "spoons" at all while playing this game (insert inside joke XD). nah i'm kidding.. sitting for too long kinda made my lower back hurt but it was worth it! the game is so cozy, yet it had me completely zoned in on some of the main characters' problems. can't spoil the story, but i could relate to blue & vin a bit, and also ayame—especially with the family stuff... back when i was a teenager. 10/10 would recommend everyone to play it <3 if you need a cozy game, please don't forget to make yourself a hot drink, especially if you're playing late at night! :)
I've loved the coffee talk series since it dropped, I seriously love every second of these games and would recommend it for anyone who wants a cozy and heartfelt game. This one especially made me feel all sorts of emotions. Seriously. if you're on the fence about it buy it, if you want to cry and listen to amazing music BUY IT, its so so wonderful.
