CloverPit is a disgusting and vile experience. Instead of a strategic Roguelite, it’s just a masochistic gambling simulator designed to make you miserable. The core loop is completely broken—you are forced to grind for astronomical coins just to pay off exponentially growing debts, with your fate entirely dictated by unfair RNG. The item system is a chaotic mess, and the oppressive atmosphere feels like a deliberate punishment. Every time you scrape together enough to survive, the debt doubles and drags you back to hell. It’s toxic, exhausting, and deeply unpleasant. Do not waste your time or sanity on this garbage.

I would love to write a positive review about CloverPit but I simply cant. The game is a mess as it is right now. I cant even call this piece of software a "game" anymore. It looks like a game but its in fact an RNG script that you run on your device. It mostly fails. Going above the 2nd deadline is a random task. If the game wants you to win, maybe, just maybe, you will get the items you need. If it doesnt, you are actually recommended to just restart the run... Because screw my memory cards then. Its a hot mess that looks loosely like a game but if this is what you want, go get an idler on your phone. At least there your decisions matter a bit. In CloverPit you are just filling the roll of a bot clicking on a button.

this game is a great narrowing odds make your own choice style, video game centered around a slot machine and theres so many charms to unlock which change how you play the game but if you get ONE thing wrong your dead and everything is a gamble. so when you hit that quota you get a huge HIT of a adrenaline along with when you make a HUGE JACKPOT. but let me warn ya if you see something that says under the memory cards you get a golden knob if you leave do NOT DO IT, because you can not get rid of the knob without deleting all your progress, and let me tell ya its very distracting to look at since it glows up half the machine, and the light is almost the exact same to when you get a jackpot so it dosent feel as satisfying when you get it anymore. but still with that annoying handle for the slot lever its a very fun game i would heavily recommend. i just wish i could take that KNOB OFF
