They/them-ussy hits different For real though, 10/10 game. Left me wanting so much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ more, I hope we get to see additional levels + story at some point! Love Fawn-A2's design (iykyk), I got a little attached with the NB hints from the bundle name out the gate (Thanks for the rep!). I fw the "cute but will rock your ♥♥♥♥" energy so hard. Art style is one of my favorites; love the 4nt1r34l inspiration. The OG Marathon influences are also felt, with some Ultrakill spice while still being its own thing. Highly recommended, and there's definitely some speedrun potential here too.

this game is like porn for fps junkies. takes literally all the fluff and the downtime from a game like ultrakill until it is absolute pure dopamine. this also perfectly compliments the story in a way that makes it meaningful and purposeful which is good i am told. also, they/them ass. big points all around

Awesome art, awesome music and sound design, sick gameplay. Only complaint is how short it is. But replay ability is solid.

neon white-ish arcade shooter with an overwhelming designers republic-inspired art style. the big floaty jumps and giant levels make it feel kinda like jumping flash... anyone remember jumping flash? enemies aren't particularly threatening, more like simple level elements to augment your movement with and farm score off of. blasting your way through all the levels will only take a couple hours, but the real game is the difficult high speed routing puzzle that is getting the diamond ranks. it's not solely speed based, but also requires landing as many hits as possible on enemies. that means you actually have to engage with the whole level (and use that shotgun too, not just the railgun and dash attack). i personally love this game's constant sensory overload, but not everyone will. beware of heavy strobing, and watch the trailers to see if you vibe with the style. if it helps, i found that once i learned the ropes i was able to really tunnel vision despite Everything. i like the weirdly silly, cartoony enemies and fawn's more obviously human design; both serve to complicate the ultra slick sci fi look in opposite directions. (maybe they just rendered fawn that way so they could give her a nice ass, but it's good storytelling too.) speaking of, i don't have a strong grasp on the details of the story yet, but the broad-strokes depersonalization and dystopian tragedy ring loud and clear. some queer themes too, but i can't elaborate without spoilers. plus, the sound design is perfect, and the dnb soundtrack is a little tropey nowadays but honestly i love it anyway. overall if you're looking for a fun arcadey experience with a crazy look, this is for you.
