Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 18.29/day in the week to Sep 11 → 17.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If this was a solo dev's first game its pretty good. Lacks depth of design, gameplay, and needs adjustable key binds.

100% this game in about three days when I REALLY should have been getting other stuff done. Love the gameplay loop, the absolutely wild sense of humour... just everything about it. More engaging than most of the AAA games out there right now. I cannot say enough good about this game. Love everything about it, bought the soundtrack so I could throw more money their way. Great work to all involved.
You can most certainly 100% this game with none to little outside aid. Oh and the game reminds me of Banjo Kazooie a bit, and made me smirk'n chuckle. . .Poor Hamsters Dad. . .
I really like it! It's a good game - and one thing I don't see mentioned a lot in the comments/reviews here is the soul of the game. It's very satirical and hilarious and I enjoyed that more than the actual loop. That being said I am almost done with most of it, putting me in the late game, and I have to agree with others that late game needs some desperate QOL features. It looks like the beginning of the game had a lot of time put into it and then the end game was rushed? Either way, good game, worth every penny, but yeah; The game needs some updates for sure to make it a really great game.
I enjoyed most of the game. It's like a more refined Forest Hustle or A Game About Chopping Trees. The late game was quite a slog though. The work hall has no "maintain stock" crafting mode, which means you need to spend a lot of time interfacing with the terrible and unsorted inventory. The work hall inventory is also not connected with your own, furthering the same issues. Perhaps some of those things unlock later, but I feel like I've played enough. Oh, and the crafting tables really need to show how much stuff you have. 0/2 birch beams shouldn't turn into 2 birch beams, but for example 23/2 birch beams.
I am staggered by the sheer scale of this game honestly. I expected one of those little couple-hour almost incremental type games but there is just so much more. It feels like there is ALWAYS a goal to work toward, you're forever chasing the next project, the next build, I'm only a couple hours in and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface. I'm just about to build a house and I've already befriended a beaver with diarrhea, a commando turtle, involved myself in local bureaucracy, and explored an ancient mine. This is an adventure game disguised as a lumberjack game. It's funny and deep and satisfying. If you're on the fence, get it!
