CHAQS is an instructive CTF (Capture The Flag) game that performs the basic functions of an operating system. While it meets your expectations from an operating system to a certain extent with the applications it contains, CHAQS progresses in the direction of more challenges in terms of gameplay.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a really fun game. I don't know how to use linux, but i found the levels very easy to follow along. I received a course about device drivers on linux and those "fundamentals" levels of the game helped me a lot. Thanks for that. I am still a noobie, but know with a little more compreension of whats is going on, I hope Note: this is the fist game of the genre that I play, so I don't have any comparsion.
you have to be a good hacker to knoww what your doing..... despite the easy quests

Yes, I played it a couple of hours at first. Captivating and has similar real commands, though minimized a bit. But it's a strong yes from the get go. Will continue to play it.
Recomendado!!
Fun game so far. Extremely similar to a linux based system.Of course the programs and exploits are simplified,But I guess thats fine since its a game and not everyone that plays will have Linux experience. That being said, if you have never messed around on a Linux distro, you may have some trouble understanding the basic fundementals. But the game has a very decent intro that shows you the basics.Would def reccomend if you like Hacking simulators. Just wish there was a community for the game. Seems like the game is in a state where it isn't going to change. So guess the devs are done adding to it.
Oynamayı çok zevkli, başka bir boyuta götürüyor seni adeta. Çok iyi kurgulanmış.
its a really nice learning environment, there are some annoying little things * Web browser scaling is broken on an ultrawide monitor. * Window Management is a bit funky on an ultrawide monitor. * Some tasks lack enough information to get what they are trying to get you to do. * sometimes a window will just stop working and has to be closed and reopened. * sometimes some commands just dont work, E.G. sometimes the find command just doesn't work. * game doesn't seem to be actively worked on anymore, no updates since 2023. But if you a complete beginner or like me someone who has a little knowledge but want to learn more this is a good place to play.
This game is made for people who are at least slightly familiar with CMD/terminal, and running commands on those (there's also some C#); terminal commands are mostly real. Answers are not spoon fed to you, you will have to work to get them, but the difficulty will depend some on your familiarity with the concepts. Game has a beautiful interface, and I love the music. The game has a customized OS, with lots of features, plus there are a lot of little things you can customize, which adds a really nice touch in my opinion. While most of the game takes place in a virtual/simulated system, there are a few things you can do that interact with either your actual OS or the internet. If you're looking for a more realistic "hacking" simulator this is a definitely a good buy.
