Take up your sword, channel your magic or board your Mech. Chained Echoes is a 16-bit style RPG set in a fantasy world where dragons are as common as piloted mechanical suits.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Solid tribute to the classics
This game is amazing. I'm still in the beginning. I like the simple UI and controls, easy to play with one hane :D
The game's plot, the several twists, and its characters were really enjoyable. The pixel art is also very good, especially during major cutscenes. Recruiting members for your clan and seeing Hermit's Isle become more developed was fun. I did find navigating the menus to be a bit tedious because of how much scrolling I had to do. There are also a lot of skills in the game, most of which I didn't bother using. I think some skill descriptions could have been clearer about what they do, but it wasn't a huge issue. Other than those, there aren't that many things that bothered me about the game. It's great.

Best JRPG I've ever played. I just wish you could carry on your characters in NG+ and not having to unlock them again :(
Mechanically sound, ludonarratively screwed. Like, you can sell items and slotted crystals dump back into your inventory. Excellent. Would be nicer if they disclosed that. "We have no money," [party member] says while [pronoun] holds [second party member] at knifepoint. *three months later* "Get in, loser, we have four Iron Man Evangelion mechas." Also, the graphics are... lacking? Like there's an point where [character] slaps [party member] but there's no slap animation and they're related so when [pronoun] gets up in [pronoun's] face it looks like they're about to kiss. Another time, [party member], [party member], and [party member] are holding a door but they're all just facing towards the back of the screen. Like if even the one in the middle had been facing forward, it'd give the illusion of pressing your back to a door and kicking and scraping with feet instead of just pushing and bracing with knees. Exposition: "The seventh True King is a swarm of rats" - like a rat king? as in a bunch of rats who got stuck by the tail? Poorly thought out.
The game is fun but I can't recomment, the devs didn't offer controller support or even allow you to use a cursor. 90% of the time you are just hotkeying menus. It could have been really great but they didn't do the basic things to give it a chance
Appena concluso.
Pretty fun RPG game, I haven't progressed too far yet but I thought one mechanic was pretty unique and interesting. After every battle you regain your MP and HP. So you can use everything to the fullest for each battle. I don't quite understand this concept yet. The game does feel easier than say Final Fantasy, so far at least. The writing is pretty decent and it makes you want to play more. Good music soundtrack and the pixel graphics are nostalgic.
a few hrs in and its pretty solid. very fun oldschool rpg. I like the overdrive bar and getting into a nice flow in a fight
