About

A quiet island. A forgotten post office. And a mountain of undelivered mail.
You arrive just in time… or perhaps a little too late. The former postman has vanished, leaving chaos behind: parcels piled to the ceiling, customers growing impatient, and a once-thriving postal service on the brink of collapse.
One package at a time, you’ll bring it back to life.

Cat Mail Co. is about slowing down and enjoying the rhythm of small, satisfying tasks.
Incoming mail arrives by boat, and outgoing parcels must be carefully loaded for their journey.
Sort deliveries for the right destinations, or risk having them returned damaged. Take your time serving customers, organize your storage exactly the way you like, prepare for the next wave, and keep everything running smoothly as the post office slowly regains its former glory.
With each improvement, new destinations unlock, along with tools and abilities to help you manage the growing operation.

Every package tells you how it wants to be handled… but how you do it is up to you.
Weigh parcels to determine postage, apply destination labels, mark fragile or heavy goods, and decorate them with a variety of stamps. Functional or whimsical, every sticker you place adds personality to your work.
There’s no such thing as a “correct” way but just your way.

The post office doesn’t sleep… and neither do you.
As night settles in, moonlight reveals secrets. What seemed ordinary during the day may carry strange properties after dark, offering magical insight into how some parcels should be treated.
The routine continues, but in a magical way.

The massive backlog left behind isn’t just a task, it’s the story of the post office waiting to be uncovered.

Run the post office solo, or with friends.
With up to 4-player co-op, you can divide tasks, optimize your workflow, or simply enjoy the routine together. Whether you’re stamping, sorting, or loading the boat, teamwork makes the mail flow.
A cozy, stress-free gameplay loop with no timers or penalties
A satisfying package handling system: weigh, stamp, label, and sort
A meaningful day/night cycle with magical nighttime mechanics
A relaxing “pre-crastination” experience focused on preparation and flow
A post office in a cat's world to organize and restore
Up to 4-player cooperative gameplay
A narrative discovered through sorting parcels

I can't recommend this game as is. I'm sure it's for someone but it's not for me. I find the introduction of each new mechanic increasingly frustrating (I closed the game with the introduction of corrupted packages, I'm sorry). It's only adding more for me to do and keep track of, but not providing any level up for ease of keeping track of things (why can I only check soulmate packages at night? why can't I level up my equipment?). The shelving system is a mess and not optimal for everything that's thrown at you. The pile of boxes that you're supposed to empty just doesn't spawn boxes sometimes which means you make no progress there either. This is not the simulator that I wanted, unfortunately. There's a lot of good here that is just outweighed by the bad. I wish I hadn't bought it and I'd listened to other negative reviews that have the same complaints that I do. The game is cute but tedious in a bad way, to me at least. I hope to see updates to it in the future and I have nothing but good wishes toward the game. Like I said, it's for someone, but not for me. If updates come out, I'll certainly check them out.
Its a nice game, dont get me wrong but....it could do with a couple more features. Someone else in the reviews put it well 'it feels like a demo' there truly isn't enough to do and once you finish the main story, the gameplay cycle becomes so easy that it takes almost no effort! I would love if once you finish the main story you could go to another island, or give the 'finding parcels' timeslot a countdown, a bit of a challenge would be nice! make it a gamemode like: Leisurely: No rush! Intended way to play with no countdowns and a relaxing gameplay loop! Plenty of time to sort, find and ship! Time to work!: Time is now a countdown from xyz ammount! Make sure to be getting those parcels out on time otherwise you'll have some angry kitties on your paws! Additionally I would love some more lore, Give NPC's concerns and worries! because there should be more damaged items coming off the boat, I only had to use the repair room a handful of times for my own messes but other places should be making mistakes too and not just damage! Example: You failed to find the parcel 3 days in a row, turns out its not your fault! Theres a shipping error and it's still in XYZ location, you need to call them and ask them to send it! It would make for a challenging thing for the players who aren't exactly organised! If the call is wrong then it might take a day longer for that locations packages to arrive because they're being extra careful, making your customers a bit nervous! There is more but I understand that game development is difficult but these are just some examples on what would improve the gameplay cycle.
Cute game with good mechanics and a solid gameplay loop.
TL;DR I recommend this cute, relaxing game IF you have ZERO issues with motion sickness or dizziness/nausea. The gameplay loop is very fun and simple, and I initially had a relaxing time playing this with 2 other friends, and could've seen myself continuing to play it, in an ideal world. Unfortunately, if you deal with any level of motion sickness, this game is not for you. I know that this is something I frequently deal with, so after it making me very ill the first time I played, the next time I took anti-motion sickness medication 30mins prior to playing, made sure to not move my camera around much, walked backwards through every room so the camera would be stationary, and played with a small window on my monitor in a brightly-lit room. Despite taking these measures, I found myself SO sick after barely 30mins of gameplay that I had to lay down for the entire rest of the evening, the nausea and headache not passing until the following day. There are multiple threads on Steam and Reddit of people experiencing this or worse, so if you've ever experienced motion sickness, I advise holding off purchasing until the devs address the issue and implement a fix. This is a very cute game otherwise, and I recommend it to anyone who likes organizing and low stakes cozy gaming (and doesn't get motion sickness!) - hopefully I can play it properly one day.
