Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
This game should've been called City of Abandoned Ships Remastered, but I understand the devs want to move from the Sea Dogs name and start being called Caribbean Legend instead. Like my previous review of Caribbean Legend, I will begin with the positives. I cannot stress enough the replayability of these games, but this game in particular is the absolute peak of this concept. Like the beginning of Sid Meier's Pirates, you choose a nation to work under, a character, and then your starting vessel is randomized based on what difficulty you choose. This game lets you adjust your stats! Their RPG system of P.I.R.A.T.E.S is fully adjustable, so you can either focus on one stat, or spread them out evenly for a balanced experience. There is different loot, and this game is more focused on the fantasy aspect of the Caribbean, with greater rewards to follow. For example, you can find or buy all three toltec crystal skulls for a buff to your character as long as you hold them! With the inclusion of fantasy elements, which is toggle-able in the starting menu, comes with the undead in caves and dungeons, and the Flying Dutchman at a certain level. You can adjust how busy or empty the Archipelago is yourself, as well as being able to adjust how fast you gain stats in your personal and naval stats. Many characters to pick from from the start. Peter Blood is the starting character with a story, but don't feel like you absolutely have to pick him from the start, and as a matter of fact I would advise against it as a starting captain. The loot system is more in-depth on this game imo, with more goods to sell, as well as a regular appearance of solid silver and solid gold bars. The story is completely up to you to follow, if you even want to. It's completely sandbox, you can do whatever with your time as you see fit. The game runs buttery smooth on my PC and I would argue it actually has better graphics that Caribbean Legend, but we will see after the 2.0 update on that game. Just like in Caribbean Legend, building a team of specialists and dominating every encounter you find yourself in is extremely satisfying. Great mod support, with updates that just keep coming. The game will continue to get better and better and the community will create more and more mods for the game. Now for the negatives: This game is absolutely brutal and will NOT hold your hand, this means that the start is particularly hard to survive and thrive in. There's some corsairs out there who can handle the start no problem, but for myself, even though I've played this game and others like it for about 25 years, even I still struggle with the starting portion of this game. Some of the quests and encounters, like finding a woman in the jungle, is extremely buggy. I can't tell you how many times a game has just flat out had to be restarted because the game's engine sometimes just does not start events like it should. Early game combat is abysmal, dealing 2-6 hp to your opponent(s) and they deal 10-20 is really difficult to deal with. Like my earlier gripe with Caribbean Legend, the crew boarding is frustrating at times because even if your crew is well-trained and strong, you will lose if the fight-training disparity is too high between the enemy ship. You will get one-shot by a merchant on the open seas because even if you have mastered the combat system, it doesn't matter if you don't have more men than your opponent. This game is much more harsh with it's wind direction than Caribbean Legend, if you are sailing into your windpoint you go very fast, but the opposite it's so heavily penalized you may as well not even bother. It makes sense, but at least in Caribbean Legend you can gain SOME speed with sailing into the opposite of the sailing direction. Neutral: The gameplay loop of trading, or raiding, CAN get stale after a while. In all, this game allows for greater customization and freedom than it's counterpart, and while I love Charles' story in Caribbean Legend, the freedom to create my own story and become a mighty lord of the waves is what I've always desired. I was super excited when they announced an essential remastery of City of Abandoned Ships and the reasons why I loved that game are the reasons why I love this one.

Инвентарь на I?
Game feels AI slop, lot of features, not very clear what you're supposed to do.
Great game, a wonderful trip back to the past in a fresher edition. As you can see from the patch notes, the game is constantly being developed and improved, and most importantly, the developers are changing the game based on what the players actually need. I can’t wait to play this game in its full glory.
odd controls, ancient graphics, unsatisfying difficult combat. the story intro alone is too hard at normal difficulty. Deal 4 damage, take 48 damage.
Press "I" to open inventory and equip a weapon, pressing "I" does nothing. Game immediately lunges you into a fight sequence where you you learn how to fight. Pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard without a sword. Restarted the game twice, checked the instructions... nothing. I was really hoping to relive a childhood memory of playing the original Pirates of the Caribbean game as Nathaniel Hawk, think this shamble of a game has tainted that.
