Great game from stillalive once again; some nice improvements from Bus Sim 18. If you liked that, you will like this as well! 10/10!
Coming from Bus Simulator 18 this game was a clear downgrade and a dissapointement. From the lack of QoL features like the ability to enlarge the minimap size to suit your needs to the janky weird performance, even on a good setup like mine. Mouse and Keyboard controls are a doengrade. Bus sounds are a let down (for example, in my city most buses are MAN branded CNG engine models). While in BS18 I can clearly hear the familiar audio from these engines, in BS21 that same sound look compressed. Controls are weird like opening a window looks like it’s duptaped in BS21 while in BS18 it’s a fluid experience. As for the AI they seem dumber in this game than in BS18. The lack of Steam Workshop support is also a let down. I really wish Steam allowed for mixed reviews, otherwise I would review every game I played with how I feel my opinion is close to. I’d rather have fun playing BS18 than grind this game because it seems its no longer supported because of the BS27 announcement 😒
