This game is really fun, and also there's a lot to like. But first some notes, I've seen people mention EA and the account issues regarding EA. To be honest, EA in itself is a bad company. They kill off their games really often, and if they don't- they make it really hard to play with server issues and ignoring maintenance in their games. But back to the review, I love this game quite a bit. From the way general handling feels, to the way speed feels is really good. The difference in speed from the first car in the game to the last couple is really cool. Additionally the sense of progress between the cars and utilizing the boost mechanics which are unique to 3-5 categories. The map additionally is well designed in my opinion, there's a clear separation from long roads with focus on speed and control. Compared to the city which has 'of course' more traffic more sharp turns (including the general architecture of bridges, poles and etc). Also with proper settings, perhaps a little reshade mod or slight tweaks the graphics can look really clean. Of course, how can I not mention the soundtrack, a couple of songs are stuck in my head to this day. A couple of them I plan learning on guitar as an inspiration for future tracks. Now, a review wouldn't be finished with some cons. There's only 2 cons I have, that are there but are not deal breakers. Those cons are the camera and the traffic. Certain times in the game you have jumps that are for stuns, achievements, progression and road rules/challenges. The problem is that many times because of the low camera, I couldn't see what was in front of me and it managed to destroy so many of my road rules records and stunt ones as well. Additionally with the traffic, it is random. So at times during your perfect record on a road rule, you might just run into a street with 4 parallel cars on a road with a car that has locked boost. But all it is to say, I like the game and I hope to find more games like this. Recommended to play!

Pretty good game, I fw. Mainly for nostalgia but still goated
Le meilleur jeu de voiture à avoir jamais existé, j'y ai joué il y a des années sur la ps3 et plus tard sur switch, je m'y suis remis aujourd'hui en 2026 et toujours pas déçu le jeu a superbement bien vieilli. Les sensations, les musiques, les voitures, épreuves et tous le reste valent le coup de s'y mettre surtout si vous ne l'avez jamais fait auparavant. Si vous rencontrez des probèmes au lancement ça peut être du à l'overlay afterburnner, donc désactiver le ça va probablement régler le problème.
