After 4 years of waiting to return on Natem servers I can totally advise to buy this game. It's not same Vaporwave themes all over. It's mostly based on Y2K. A lot of old characters we knew from BR1, new mechanics, better graphics. Same humour we know from prequel. Of course it's not perfect. One thing i don't understand is the shopping mini game. In first game all items made sense. Here the same companies make food, drinks, games etc. You can buy your beloved Erizona in all formats i guess xD. And without spoilers im gonna say that after the theories and mysteries in the main plot of the first game im little disappionted how game ends in True Ending. But that u need to check for yourself. Worth buying. Great time in Natem.
Really enjoyed this game. Story was kinda weak, but I still thought it was peak either way. Was smiling the whole time. Expected some bugs at launch and there were a few, but they didn’t really mess with my experience too much. Just had to alt+f4 once or twice lol.
A bit weeaboo coated but a great game
The writing wasn't as satisfying as the first game but the puzzles and exploration were definitely improved upon. Fun little walking sim overall, would recommend.
I enjoyed this game quite a bit! I don't think it quite reaches the heights of the first game, but it is a tough act to follow. The new abilities are an improvement on the original, and the levels are still fun to explore and figure out how to advance through. However, I found that backtracking got very frequent and somewhat tedious due to a lack of shortcuts once you reach the end of an area. This wasn't helped by some progression bugs that didn't unlock paths when intended, although those have been getting patched pretty quickly. The soundtrack is excellent again, although I sometimes found the game to be too 'ambient' where the music took too long to kick in and get going.

once i started this game i did not want to stop playing, idk where the last crypt artifact is but i will come back and complete this game later. only got hard stuck once in the blue, pink, orange maze thing because i used my bookmark incorrectly and had not saved in hours at that point, was not happy. ♥♥♥♥ the cryptomines, seriously.
very game. much good.
A Birb's Review: 7.4 / 10 I enjoyed this game, there were silly little moments for sure. Lots more pretty things to look at. It's a bit longer then the original Broken Reality though not by much. I do hope you kinda make it easier to swing the sword as it's just a little tedious. Especially since it does feel like it was primarily a vr feature. Though other then that I think it does a bit better then the original in some aspects. Even if it started buggy and needs more patching. You might enjoy it besides that for sure! Would play another game in the series. TL;DR: Improves on various aspects of the original. Has silly moments, but currently still a little buggy and glitchy. Especially on day 1. Could use some more patching and care. Looking forward to Broken Reality 3D! Sidenote: I hope you guys make a figure, daki and or at least have some stickers of Oneechan. Really any merch would be great to have. Lp: https://youtu.be/0s-3cu3qx2Y?si=WUiY_xAK_AqdoJja
i liked it. very very similar to the first game. it seems to have less 'narrative' than the first game, it exists but there doesn't feel to be as much "meat" on the story here. However, that energy has clearly gone into making the 'game' parts of the game much better. movement feels less buggy, graphics are much more polished, and i got lost much less often. the launch itself has been a bit touch and go, but the dev has been very responsive and is frequently patching out bugs/glitches.
