Blacksad: Under the Skin

I think the game IS for people who also love Blacksad comics and already love the characters of Blacksad, Weekly and Smirnov. That said, think game is for play once, and maybe repeat some characters to save some character, but besides that, becomes repetitive. Think game should had had more routes that incentivates you to replay.

very very great story but way too many bugs and extra bs i had to do just to play it normal honestly just watch a playthrough for it

[h3]SYMPA[/h3] Jeu très sympa, j'ai bien aimé dans l'ensemble. Par contre y'a des chutes de FPS entre certaines scènes qui sont assez gênantes, surtout pendant les QTE (même avec une très bonnes config).

я большой любитель жанра интерактивного кино, и блексэд очень хороший его представитель. я давно не получала такого удовольствия от игры. хочу выделить основные удачные моменты, которые сделали мои 11 часов прохождения настолько приятными, что не хотелось, чтоб история заканчивалась: атмосфера оправдывает ожидания, опираясь на комиксы. классика жанра нуара: америка 50х, детектив, коррупция, мафия, женщины, сигареты, дождь и прочее прочее... бесподобный сеттинг (от которого я по кд ссусь как огромный его любитель), с передачей которого из комиксов разработчики справились на ура. моментами меня флешбекало на пейзажи мафии. классные световые решения, прикольные ракурсы, классно обыграны флешбеки, окружение, МУЗЫКА!!! сюжет держал в интересе все прохождение. это тот случай, когда РЕАЛЬНО интересно, к чему все придет. сюжет построен грамотно по всем стандартам: где-то держит в напряжении, где-то смешит, где-то заставляет задуматься над выбором. детективная история отлично представлена как в геймплее (режим дедукции весьма весьма), так и в независимом от игрока нарративе. персонажи классно раскрыты, хочется им сопереживать, а джон как всегда невероятен. минусы: то что меня подбешивало на протяжении всей игры - камера. моментами она неудобная, хоть и кинематографичная. периодически чтобы дотянуться до активной точки мне нужно было искать нужный угол, а на геймпаде это не очень удобно. особенно это было заметно в эпизоде с фонариком, когда чтобы найти эту самую точку нужно светить КОНКРЕТНО в нее. катцены с QTE периодически пролагивали, что не мешало геймплею, но в моменте ломало погружение. то же самое с анимацией речи у героев, которая иногда пропадала. иногда казалось, что на графику не хватило бюджета в моменте. вот в катсцене герои выглядят привлекательно, а вот они уже в каком-то говняном освещении не очень, и это на максимальной графике. но меня позабавило, что моделька блексэда выглядит всегда сногсшибательно. но в основном я визуалом более чем довольна, атмосфера выдержана классно, эстетическое удовольствие получаешь чаще, чем нет. мой вердикт - игра КЛАСС, рекомендую, несмотря на минусы. дала вдохновение, дала стимул читать комикс

I'd definitely love to see a sequel or a game inspired by this one. Even though I liked the game, I'm still giving it a negative review because of a few things. First off, the biggest issue is that it feels like a straight console port, and its stiff, hopeless controls totally ruin the gameplay. While playing, you can collect trading cards, which makes absolutely no sense. But even if you want to get them, the bad controls mean you can't even pick some of them up or even see them properly. It also definitely has way too few language options. The choices were a huge letdown. A lot of them just boil down to whether you die or not. The part where you had to look for clues in Blacksad's memories at the hotel was by far the worst moment in the whole game. It really pushed me to just quit... but somehow I pushed through it. Despite these flaws, the game is genuinely interesting. If they fixed a few things and polished it up, it would be a truly epic game. On the bright side, the story holds together nicely, it's super engaging, and the whole concept is really good. The characters are interesting and diverse. The game balances real history and fiction perfectly. The character designs and the whole universe hit the nail on the head. The perfectly fitting music and the time period the story takes place in definitely deserve a shoutout, too. The soundtrack is for sure one of the best things about this game, and the whole thing just gives off a really great, matching vibe. You also gotta respect something that isn't so obvious – even though it's a game with colorful graphics and furries, it sticks to its own gritty tone. It's a game about conspiracies and the mafia, and it's not afraid to show murders. It never feels like anything was watered down or made family-friendly. So, a huge thumbs up for not unnecessarily sugarcoating the game. For this type of game, it's pretty long. It lets you make moral choices and have some consequences for your actions, even if your decisions don't actually change the main plot that much. The trailer for this game is great! But it doesn't capture the dynamics of this game; in reality, it's much slower. Ps. Am I the only one who thinks it's no coincidence that Blacksad looks like Batman? xD
