Black Gold: Oil Drilling Simulator

I want to like this game, I really do. But in its current state, it feels like a quick cash grab. The AI voice lines immediately set the tone, and any hopes I had for a decent game were tainted. It can't possibly cost that much to hire a voice actor to say a few lines with a little bit of emotion in the their voice. The game is... grindy. I managed to beat it with 1 maxed out oil derrick and 2 level 1 oil derricks. The game definitely needs to be rebalanced. The aerocopter pad doesn't do anything. I'm open to changing this review at some point in the future, but as it currently stands, don't waste your money unless you want about 3.5 hours of content for $15.

Game is interesting for first hour and after that its just plain boring, repeat and dump the same thing. I have 5 hrs and comeplted all achievements within 4 hrs. They could have done so many things but didnt. Not worth the Rs 489.

Great game, I like it but I think an unstuck button need to be added. I fell through the ground and have been falling for over 5 minutes and cant do anything about it.

Also Aktuell ist das Spiel nicht zu empfehlen nicht mal 4 Stunden und man ist komplett durch und was das wichtigste ist ab einen Gewissen Zeitpunkt Ruckelt das Spiel nur noch und ich habe definitiv keinen Schlechten PC das sieht eher EA aus als ein Fertiges Spiel ich hab die Demo auch gespielt aber da muss echt noch ordentlich nachgelegt werden besonders weil es noch abgesperrte Bereiche gibt daher kann ich es aktuell zu dem Preis nicht empfehlen, maximal 5 € im Sale ich hoffe es wird weiterhin an dem Game gearbeitet.

I really enjoyed this game, but I'm frustrated because it was over so quickly. After about 3 hours of gameplay, it said I had reached the end of the available content. Granted, I enjoyed those 3 hours, but I was expecting more from this game. Hopefully more content will come free later in future patches. Also, the game rarely launches on the first try, typically takes about 2 or 3 tries to get the game running correctly.

Played the demo ages ago and loved it, the full game is pretty much the same as the demo, but a bit more grindy. The game could be excellent with a few tweaks, (automation improvement, better building UI). As others have said, this is a wood chopping sim. It could do with a big discount until its better.
