London, 2099. The earth isn't what it used to be anymore. Incredible climate changes have corrupted the weather, causing a permanent rain on most of the Earth's surface. You play the role of Luke Black, a 36-year-old bio-informatic engineer. He is one of the lead programmers at Nanotech, a big nanotechnology research company.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Voice acting is terrible… characters, aside from the small few, sound almost lifeless, there’s no emphasis where there should be or emotion. The sound quality is scratchy; each recorded voice varies in quality. I find a number of lines to be overwritten, containing unnecessary information where it could have been worded differently or simply shortened to give a better meaning, and this is coming from someone who enjoys a good lengthy novel. It gives off the feel that characters are overplaying their part. Speaking of this, I disagree having the main character read out description and scenario lines like a narrator. Throughout the whole thing was off for me, as you can’t disable voice alone… so its either deal with this or play a silent game and lose the feel for it completely. The story is very slow to get into and various paths have you feeling like you're heading to one end anyway, I became more bored than intrigued within 5mins of playing and found myself ready to go play something else. I was highly intrigued by the story concept of this game but with so many elements lacking I simply cannot recommend it. This is honestly a terrible throw together of a VN. For someone who normally loves VNs and Futuristic Cyberpunk games, I thought this was a little gem, till I played it. Still if you can get it on sale it may be worth the purchase.
This game is one of Winter Wolves's earlier products. As such, it is a much rougher visual novel. However, the basics of their future success are there. The premise here is dark. The world has succumbed to climate change... in a way unexpected by early 21st Century scientists. It now rains all the time... everywhere... which has got to make the cities a bit waterlogged... Especially a place like London, since if the polar caps have melted most of the modern city would be underwater... You, Luke, have suddenly had a strange android named Tanya enter your life... quite dangerously (we'll skip the one achievement where you don't meet her). Now, you have to figure out what to do with her... your relationship with Helen... and with your employer who happens to be doing... something beyond the pale. There are 24 endings, so take your time and find them all. If you can.
So I haven't played this game in at least a year and a half, but this shouldn't take long. The art is bad, the writing is terrible, and the story is just so much nothing. For a game that is literally nothing but art, writing, and story, this is deeply unfortunate. Go elsewhere for your fantasies of robot sex.
Bionic Hearts is a mediocre at best visual novel.
Art is really nothing to rave about. The voice acting is horrendous. The music is boring. I ended up completing it only for the achievements. I lost part of my soul in the process. Looking forward to more soul loss with Bionic Hearts 2. *I won this game from an indiegala giveaway* I played through all of the endings to complete the achievements... Positives: + Nice art-style + Easy achievements, though the more I completed the sadder/ more disgusted I felt Negatives: - Very one note characters, none were likable, no character development (every character was annoying) - Sexual comments on some of the characters' bodies were immature and out of place - Most of the romance/jealousy/ love pairs/ love groupings didn't make sense to me - When Luke enters the room, every other character becomes worse. One example: The professor in charge of making the robotic people "has trouble" connecting Jane's brain/whatever to the rest of her so Luke steps in and "performs the procedure perfectly." The professor has no such problem in the other 20+ runs of the game. I guess it happens this way to make Luke seem cooler and add another ending or something - Needed more world building. I had a lot of questions about the world that the characters lived in and didn't know why the situation wasn't on any of the characters' mind... If it rained all the time, why aren't people getting sick (leptospirosis)? Why aren't there landslides? If there is no sunlight for decades, how would people be able to breathe without plants creating oxygen? The game gave this grave situation but there was no follow-through on how it affected the characters other than the food's not great, pets are hard to come by, travel is a little inconvenient, etc Bionic Heart gets a muddy 2/10
Pleasant Visual Novel with options to move to different places and a bit of interaction with the environment.
Tags: Adventure - VN - Visual Novel Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Short and simple VN about robot vs human lover. Confused setting. Fully voice acted in house but a tad amateur. It is not really clear how robots are made, which is one of the central arcs of the short story and one of the main storyline of one of the romance-ables. Because of the psychological thriller plot hook early on, chances are you will want to romance the robot just to solve the mystery behind her presence and her escape. Which distracts from the human vs robot initial concept. You do not get to actually choose between the girls as only one seems to be available at a time on most segments. Instead you have the police station which acts as a trigger, and allows to presumably switch storyline over to the human partner by antagonizing the robot. In the end you find out that there is some weird criminal rehabilitation program that turns people robots, or that criminals turn themselves robotic to avoid sentencing? It is a tad unclear. I think they did a decent job making the robot sometimes unsettling, and since she is a prototype then it leaves the door open to her not acting in the way you would expect her to, and with a dash of suspension of disbelief that aspect of the writing felt fairly credible. On a positive note they also added evolving storyline at some branching points in the story where radically unique events can happen in each. So if you do get the hook for the setting, there is some reason to revisit the title to scratch out more content and lore out of it. Conclusion: Because of the somewhat generic setting, the botched dillemma between the two partners, the confusing robot lore and the limited interactivity it is hard to justify holding on to this game in permanent library. Might be worth spending an hour or two going through it once before discarding, but it is ultimately not impactful enough to really remain memorable so why bother.
