Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20/day in the week to Aug 28 → 78.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Spend your wealth however you wish. Buy a big SUV, a speedy sports car, or the new luxurious Mersaidi S500. Maybe risk it all at the casinos or put your money into investment funds and reap the rewards.
As you progress, you always need to ensure you get enough sleep and stay healthy and happy. Enjoy the journey, for as you grow older, you’ll discover that money can’t buy you time... or can it?

I spent the first 50 days (~10 irl hrs) working at a grocery store. No apartment, just sleeping in the breakroom chairs to avoid rent costs. Made a crisp $181 after food casts per day. Enough for a business education and some savings for an apartment! But that was mind-numbing, so decided to work smarter-not-harder. Tried my hand at food and package deliveries (this allows you to set your own hours, and sleep in the delivery vans or park benches if you have to). But thanks to the Better Fines and Better Pedestrian mods, I actually lost money my first night... Apparently NYC is not a fan of running red lights and running into smartphone-addicted pedestrians. Gradually learned to drive carefully and dug my way out of debt. At last, after day 60 (~18 IRL hours) I earned enough to start my own florist shop next to my cheap apartment. I have to mop my floors, run my register, and supply my own shelves. And I earn less than my daily wage as a grocery store clerk. But feel so much pride in my own business. I have $5,000 in my account; much less than I would have earned as a grocery clerk or taking loans. But this money is MINE. And soon I will own the city! Only a billion or so dollars left to go. 10/10 this is the best single-player economy sim I've tried and I'm not even past the initial honeymoon phase. I often worry about lasting appeal (games like this tend to get too easy, too quickly). But the modding support is crazy good, so I know I can enhance the difficulty whenever I need. Might even vibe-code my own improvements to the game, although this will probably be unnecessary due to the presence of an already-fantastic modding community. As one example, the Google Maps ("Voogle Routes") mod was so impressive I felt compelled to donate a few bucks to the author, something I've never done. I don't know many people IRL who are into this kind of game. So I hope the internet listens to me -- buy this game! But perhaps only if you're into a little massochism. EDITS 18 hours: My employees man the shop Mon thru Fri. So what the hell do I do during the week? wow, it's such a strange feeling being boss. Neat!
Okay so 72 minutes into the game and i've barely scratched the surface of the starting tutorial...Yeah, very indepth game haha. I'd say so far so good, the character controls need some work, they're a bit janky, if you turn right you actually walk in like a semicircle which is odd, the only gripe i have with this game so far is the camera controls. It's very restrictive and a bit too much like Sims. The devs should copy cities skylines 1 as they nailed the camera controls and how you can move the camera around. When you're driving, you can't move the camera at all which is very frustrating.
I thought I would like this Tycoon game because it looked interesting and has pretty good reviews, but once I played it, I found out it just isn't any fun, it just feels like a busywork and driving simulator rather then a buisiness simulator. Why do I have to drive around buying things for my shop? It is a video game, it's pretty standard just to have a menu to order things or have a build and buy mode that lets you drop furniture directly into your shop, but this game forces you to physcially drive around to the different shops to buy stock and furniture which is super annoying since the AI drivers get in the way constantly. Another problem is the UI is really bad for a Tycoon game, like I have to click through a bunch of different menus and it's just overall formated poorly and I have played heaps and heaps of these types of games and this has to be one of the worst UI's I have ever seen. Like it's not that the UI doesn't function, it's just designed really poorly. Once you build a shop that's it, you don't really do anything, you can just afk while the number goes up. Pretty boring. Overall I don't recommend this game. There's much better Tycoon games out there imo.
Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Cozy business building sim that has just enough of the real-world considerations of running a business that it makes you think, "I could do this in real-life". Doesn't require you to be savvy with spreadsheets for high success, but the CSV exporter is built into the game if that is what tickles your fancy. This game was constantly improving itself and listening to player feedback during the EA period, so they will be good stewards after full release. If you are the kind that can be patient with yourself, learn from your mistakes, like incremental progression and not expect endgame success within the first 5 minutes, than this sim game is for you.
