J’avais joué au premier Bendy et je pensais avoir compris la leçon. J’avais tort. Me voilà de retour dans un bâtiment abandonné rempli d’encre, de monstres et de gens qui ont visiblement décidé que les normes de sécurité au travail étaient facultatives. Le jeu commence et je me retrouve ENCORE à faire des tâches de maintenance. Franchement Joey Drew Studios, vous embauchez pas des employés, vous embauchez des techniciens de maintenance sous-payés. « Trouve la clé. » « Répare ça. » « Va là-bas. » « Maintenant retourne là où tu étais il y a 20 minutes. » JE SUIS PAS VENUE FAIRE UN CDI CHEZ DARTY. Et Audrey ? La pauvre. Elle découvre un monde rempli de monstres et sa première réaction c'est essentiellement : « Bon… bah faut avancer j’imagine. » Moi j’aurais déjà appelé les pompiers, la police, l'armée et même mon propriétaire pour résilier le bail. L’ambiance est incroyable, par contre. Tellement sombre que mon écran OLED a probablement demandé une rupture conventionnelle. Et l’encre… PUTAIN L’ENCRE. Il y en a PARTOUT. Les murs sont encreux. Le sol est encreux. Les monstres sont encreux. À ce stade je ne joue plus à Bendy, je joue dans un stylo Bic géant. Et bien sûr, dès que tu commences à te sentir en sécurité : 👹 « Bonjour. » NON. ABSOLUMENT PAS. J’étais venu explorer tranquillement et maintenant je cours dans un couloir comme si j’avais 4 créanciers derrière moi. 10/10. Le premier m’a appris à avoir peur des dessins animés. Dark Revival m’a appris à avoir peur des services de maintenance. Je recommande fortement, mais prévoyez une lampe, une bonne mémoire et surtout un putain de GPS.

honestly quite a bit of a meh, the story wasnt all that exiting or innovating but nice never the less. I did feel like it was quite short and i would have loved to be able to use the teleporting ability to solve way more puzzles or boss battles instead of it being needed so few times. Outside of that i did quite enjoy playing it at the very least.
