Overall, it's nice, but it could do with a few tweaks. there's potential but there's some heavy annoyances that have to be dealt with, I think a decent 2 hour playtest ought to show that much. Updated/edited as of 09/14/2026: The dev listened! - AI is aggressive, heavier than you, and has more grip than you, but at the same time... Stupid? They T-bone you quite often, and you will lose a tire from these, but you can never do the same to them since they're heavier than you. Getting pit maneuvered yourself is normal, but doing the same to them isn't. Some races they'll eat you alive if your car's not at 90% condition, others they'll be 40 seconds behind, it's super weird. I have noticed that the AI is doing these things less often now, unsure if it's coincidence or not. Still on class 1400 so we'll see if it's okay on higher classes! - [strike] Parts wear out so often that the dumpster needs to be moved closer, or at least give us an option to sell it to a junkyard to make up for the pile of garbage. It's nice that you have to swap out and maintain the car but eventually things pile up and even with the cart it's a slog to move it all. Either move the dumpster closer and put a used parts/junk buyer where the current one is, so you at least have an incentive to load things into the trolley and bring em over, or make parts below 60% disappear, since basically everything below 70% is hot garbage. [/strike] This has been dealt with in the latest update. Parts below 70% are still shoddy, but they wear much less now so it's actually fine to deal with! - [strike] Economy feels unbalanced. You can eventually make enough money to be okay, but it takes a while, I'm not sure what happens when you run out of cash, but there is at least the option of using your neighbor's car for races. I really do wish the parts wore a bit less, were cheaper, or at least you had an option to buy higher quality parts that wear out less. [/strike] The latest update has dealt with this. Parts now wear less so you'll have enough money for things! Also, sweet mother of understeer. You will understeer and then watch in horror as a 2CV goes faster than you and doesn't understeer. Tap on the brakes? Congrats, you're sliding/spinning. If you're on keyboard, literally nothing you can do about it. -- This point is still here, understeer is still very much present ...Sponsors still aren't sponsors, it's just being able to borrow someone's car :p
