Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
The game is difficult, but fun in it's own way. However, unlike the Earlier Battlezone 98, the sniping dot is not only way smaller, but the scope is a lot smaller, making accurate aiming difficult. All in all, for players starting out, easy difficulty is your best bet unless you already have experience with Battlezone 98... But even then, you better get good with mortar spam.
Show me a similar game but modern. You can't! But seriously, show me please.
very cool. love the concept hope for a modern sequel or new ip like this

It's just an old davorite of mine. An oldie but a goldie. Great battlefield tactical command and command interface to command units around the battlefield. Building up a base is fun too.
A fantastic game from my childhood. While I honestly prefer the first one (Battlezone 98 Redux) this game is timeless, super fun to revisit, and something I'd highly recommend anyone and everyone to try out at least once.
fun
I got a lot of fond memories of this game, and this updated one lives up to that. Now with old mods added back in like Fleshstorm.
The BattleZone i never got to play as a kid. Honestly a great sequel to BattleZone 98, just feels a bit unbalanced (which to be fair is probably easily fixed through the Workshop.). overall a fun "Commander among the Troops" RTS (similar to Mount & Blade!) and would highly recommend both 98 Redux and Combat Commander.
