Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you grew up with NES / SNES / or even the Genesis/Mega Drive - you owe it to yourself to play this game. The gameplay is incredibly smooth and fun with awesome new abilities and mechanics that you get along the way. The soundtrack and level design are *chef's kiss* and I had a smile the entire time. You can bet it under 6-8 hours, but it's absolutely worth it. My only gripe with it is that the potions and assigned to the trigger buttons and really should be an item in the menu to use so you don't consume it accidentally - also I went 90% through this with 3 hearts, and didn't know until the end of the game that you can upgrade your health to get more - I wish they forcefully showed it early on like how they showcase the new abilities you get after each level. But the pros heavily outweigh the cons - and for the on-sale price under 5 bucks, you cannot beat that. PLAY THIS GAME Score: 9.2/10

A fun throwback retro platformer with a neat retro anime aesthetic. It's not very long, but it's polished and makes good use of the play space. If you're looking for something snacky it's an easy reccommend. It does a good job at recreating what you remember old games feeling like rather than how they actually were, a strength it shares with games like Shovel Knight and Sonic Mania. I'm going to resist the urge to make baseball puns, so I will not be using the phrase "a home-run" or saying that "it knocks it out of the park" despite the fact it would be easy and very clever. Instead opting to ironically point out I'm not doing that. The game frequently goes on sale and can be found in numerous bundles so if the price seems steep for what is, admittedly, a rather short game consider picking it up that way.
Everything about this game is awesome! I loved the soundtrack so much that I bought it, the level design is on point with some NES-hard spots, and the controls are fun to mess around with. By the end of the game, you will have acquired an assortment of special moves that are all useful in certain situations. I like how you can choose to increase your health if you want, but it is not mandatory so if you are seeking a higher challenge, you can just leave it at the minimum. You can also do with for your manna/special move bar, but I would highly recommend getting more of those every time you are able to purchase them. There are hidden things in every level and some optional challenge levels as well, which is a nice bonus. It seems like a lost classic from the NES era, and it certainly is a hidden gem by today's standards.
Fun little twist on the Shovel Knight.
Muy buen juego, recomendado
Jogo fenomenal inspirado nos clássicos de nes
It gets easier once you get the first boss ability. Don't give up!
