Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 6.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The questline is interesting, which I didn't experience for a long time now, even side quests are good, the ending is something of an "inception" movie. We need more games like this
!!!
Originally played as a filler between other releases but turns out to be a very good emotional journey. "Immersivity"/Direction 9/10 Story/narration 9.5/10 World Design 8.5/10 Combat/Gameplay 7/10 Art Design/Graphics 8.5/10 Music/Soundtrack 7.5/10 + Very good narration and writing - Combat is ok-ish. Target lock-on is particularly under-optimized.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden oferuje satysfakcjonującą mechanikę rozgrywki i elementy fabularne. Jeśli masz do wydania nieco złotówek, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden jest zdecydowanie warty uwagi.
Banishers is a good cinematic game, but mediocore video game. Story, immersion, architectural and natural artstyle is great, but what is lacking is gameplay part. If they would cut down gameplay, explorable, gathering part of the game and polished the story and increased the volume of it, it would be great game, but with what is right now, it's 6/10. Pros: - Every building and every place feels like you're at this time, going thorugh this created world yourself. It's great. - Overall main story is good. It's interesting, the relationship between main characters is shown and build great and you can see it changing with choices that you make. - Main story choices have impact on side quests. Depending on your side quests done different quests would become accessible and some small talks would change. - The early gameplay on hard difficulty felt very simple and oversimplified, but it shown that you're in very hazardous envirorment and every fight I had to take with care. - The rituals and characters backgrounds that they made are immersive and well done. - Boss fights are great, they're unique and on hard they're a challange (besides last one which after you get good items and level up is just pitful) Mediocore: - The characters lives only during the main story and their side quests. Besides that they just stand in their place, not doing anything. It's very seen that the characters that you talk to have no text about other villages or what you did with them, nor even after quest what you did with them. They have even approval system, but it changes only prices in store. As it was advertised to be a big part of story to have in mind how impactful are people in those small vilages and what you did to them, it was a leaddown to play 2nd playthrough a different way and not see any change based on what I did on side quests. - Fights are VERY mediocore, they start very weak but hard where you have a little options to do and after 2 main quests you get few choices and fights becomes very easy. Also the only way to migitate dmg is dodge, just spam dodge, because block/parry system is quite bad. - The "build" system is meh. You level up and unlock different boost to your skills, but half of them are preatty useless and to get them to work you need specyfic items, which you need to get from map or quests which are locked behind main quests or specyfic activities, so you can't play the way you like or know how you can play from early on. - Even though there's no bad or good ending, one of them requiers you to choose "bad" options (because killing people = bad) and while the whole journey to it feels great. It's way better to wage choices based on your opinion rather than "no killing", but the ending is just meh compared to second very emotional and well done ending. Bad: - TOO MUCH FIGHTS. After few main quests you will see that to do side quests you need to traverse a lot of ground and in EVERY spot ghosts spawns and blocks you from progressing. It gets very tediouse. There's like 10 enemy types 5 ghosts and 5 husks, so you don't even get much variaty on them. - TOO MUCH RESOURCES. Resources are really pointless, just a stat boosts on equipment or needed to perform ritual, but they're EVERYWHERE. Not enough that every courner there are easly pickable resources, but half of more "hidden" and "extra" routes or things you can do to earn rewards are MORE RESOURCES. If you collect all you end up with thousands of resources that are useless. - Traversal is very boring. Because they went with more open game where you go back and forward instead of story driven where you go forward it gets very tediouse when 90% of things you do to travers is PUSH W and CLICK E, that's all. Your E "action button" does everything for you. With that and getting blocked by constant fighting it is really bad. So overall if they would go with approaches that Witcher 2 or just story focues games took and made that you progress with story and you have optional explorable areas where you can do quests that can impact further story instead of just open path it would be way better. Also if they would just cut out money spent on this useless resource system and cut down fithing to 1/4 of what is now and spend it to make more interesting and connected side quests it would be a great game, but right now we ended with game that wants to do everything at once and shines only at two. The only two that DONTNOD shines, main story and immersion.
Muy buen juego lo recomiendo!!
Jogo é mais lento, pra quem gosta de uma boa história.
Amazing story. I had low expectations, but as the story progressed, it kept getting better. Regarding combat, other comments say it was tedious, but I felt it was fine. Visuals, music, side quests - no complaints, they were all great. Would highly recommend.
