Fun game for what it is. I would highly recomend the death and starving mods out there which fix the broken death and starving bug in game where everyone dies at the same time!! Insane! Otr then one buggy issue fun game! Modable which can expand it greatly!! and you may want to do once you play it for a while to give it more variety. I honestly really wish there was a really good remake of this game expanding it more and higher graphics!! But overall a good game! 3.5 out of 5 for bugs and small variety but still a fun game overall. Also the day adn night cycle is also a nice mod ease's the eye's from time to time and makes it nice and moody lol

Banished is some of the most fun I've had playing a city builder. I just wish I were better at it. My people regularly starve no matter what I do. Thanks to my benevolent omnipotence, I destroy the houses to get the rotting corpse smell out for the next teenaged couple.

The base game gives you a feel for the game and how to play it, but once you figure out what youre doing and dont keep dying, you get through it quick. Once you do though the mods available make the game last wayy longer!

very limited amount of buildings and jobs - played everything tooooo much already after 9 hours. only thing you can do is built multiple trading harbors and hope that the ships will bring new seeds and animals. otherwise you will be bored.
