The original was better, but they did a good job with update. You can't go wrong with this game ever. Great story. Amazing characters. Out of this world humor :D So many Easter eggs, and really shows what bioware was like in its prime.

The best rpg of all time, i play this game since i am kid (22 years ago). The magic is still there after so many hour spend on this game. The story, the characters, everything is deep and very well done. no recent game can reach this level of writing(or few game). Even gameplay and the graphism age so well, it likes a old wine. Barely any game can satisfy me like that( you can play 1000 hour and still discovers new stuff).
This..... isn't what I expected. the story is probably great - but its weird to see the weapon damage be in "4d8" and then you dont see the damage rolled. if it was spelled out as 4-32 nothing would have changed as you just click attack on the target and look at they swing the sword at them. Maybe Im missing something and the roleplaying part is great. I have no idea if thats true, but I expected combat to be more thought out.
