Très bon RPG
First of all, this is the second time I purchased a retro-ish game on Steam only to find out that my saves f*ck up after a period of time, whether it's because of compatibility or because of updates, I don't know. (Do NOT buy D&D Krynn Series). I figured purchasing the BG enhanced edition and being able to play it on linux would be really cool, but there are still bugs in the game, it seems. I have played through this game in the past and certain quests don't seem to open up, and I can't figure out a way, even with cheats, do activate them. More annoyingly, I used to like playing this game without having to save/load but they have some kind of difficulty scaling system that seems to punish you if you're trying to level up your party before a fight. The Sarevok fight, for example, is almost impossible without cheesing the game big time. At this point I gave up on playing fair. KInd of a waste of time. Might as well play story mode and run through the game for the story aspect. Thumbs down.
