BG2 is the greatest RPG of all time, hands down. Beamdog's enhanced edition release makes a few minor changes, some positive, some negative- but anything that enables new players to play this masterpiece on newer PCs with some QOL fixes is worthy of a positive review, and is certainly a 100% buy if you have not played this game before.

Each side quest feels like a separate story in itself. This series is well deserving of all the hype it has received.
This game is epic, the story focused games is always my favourites. Gem of the forgotten realms universe.

It is astonishing how well this game has aged. It is still the greatest game I have ever played, and for simple reasons: The world is believable and lived in; there's lore, but it's not overwhelming; all the characters are extremely memorable; the plot is easy to understand; JON ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IRENICUS; gameplay is fast, fun, and addictive. The best game Bioware ever made, the best game Black Isle ever published, and easily, EASILY, my all time favorite game. Get it today.
