Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Revisiting Assassin's Creed III years after release, I found myself appreciating it far more than I did the first time around. Connor never stood out to me on my original playthrough, but this time I really enjoyed his character. His kindness and unwavering commitment to freedom and justice make him easy to root for, and the revenge story is both emotional and satisfying. Haytham Kenway is an excellent antagonist and steals every scene he's in, though I wish we got to spend a bit more time with him. The combat and parkour animations still look fantastic, and free-running through the treetops never gets old. The naval missions are a highlight, while the Homestead content adds a lot of charm and heart to the experience. The remaster looks great on Steam Deck and ran surprisingly well throughout my playthrough. Even the Ubisoft launcher behaved itself this time. This is an enjoyable entry that has aged much better than I expected.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.14/day in the week to Aug 11 → 8.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This bundle includes Assassin's Creed III Remastered and Assassin's Creed III Liberation Remastered. I'll start with AC3 Remastered. I was pretty excited when I first started playing, but the early hours felt a bit boring since it's mostly a long tutorial-style story. Once you get past that, the game becomes much more fun in the middle part. The story is interesting, and the parkour system feels satisfying once you get used to it, even though it can be frustrating at first. The open world has plenty of activities like naval battles, homestead missions, hunting, sending convoys by land and sea and collecting items around the map. I really loved the main character too. The DLC The Tyranny of King Washington is worth finishing. This game very enjoyable if you play casually, but going for 100% achievement gets repetitive. There are also quite a few bugs like NPC not spawning, UI disappearing, screen freezing when alt-tabbing, and falling through the world, but the game is still playable overall. As for Assassin's Creed III Liberation Remastered, it has the first female protagonist in the series and an interesting persona-switching system. The story isn't as strong or long as AC3, but the graphics look better to me. NPC feel more alive, it has naval trading, and achievements are easier to get.
i miss you desmond
my old saving lost... but the great point is the game is full of old feelings
Who the hell designed optional objectives, I'm getting gray hair trying to complete them for 100%
Terrible remaster and its stuck with the abysmal Ubisoft Connect launcher. DON'T BUY
I played this game many years ago before the remaster, and now I completed it again in the remastered version. Some changes look great, especially during nighttime, but during sunny days both the gameplay and cutscenes often look terrible. Unfortunately, we can't officially play the original version anymore, but thanks to Ubisoft for keeping the old version of Black Flag available after announcing the remake. I bought this game together with Odyssey and got three games for only $5, which is a great deal. However, because of this bundle, to start Assassin's Creed III you first need to download Odyssey and launch it. That's a problem. Great Ubisoft Connect it's so dumb. Despite all these annoying moments, the gameplay and story are still great. The homestead quests, the citizens, and watching your little village grow remain interesting. Connor's story, how he grew up under Achilles' guidance, is engaging, and the moments when he tries to get closer to his father are portrayed well. In my opinion, you should play Assassin's Creed Rogue before this game because it lets you see Achilles from a different perspective. As for the DLC, it has a cool mechanic that lets you transform into spirit animals, but it feels like something that could have been a side quest in the main game, similar to the Animus hacks. The story and everything else in the DLC were too boring for me. The optimization is also terrible. I get high FPS on Ultra settings, but at Ryzen 5 1600X resolution my FPS in Boston dropped to 32, which is disappointing for a remaster. Visual 3/5 (winter in this game amazing) Gameplay 4/5 Story 4/5 Optimisation 2/5 Vibe 5/5
Thanks for a worthless update that wastes bandwidth for nothing but corporate comfort.
