Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Plunge into the depths of an endless, unforgiving dungeon in Ascension: The Infinite Descent. Your goal is simple: survive and descend as far as possible into the abyss. Make no mistake—you will die, and you will die often. But in this dungeon, death is the engine of your progression. The deeper you manage to push into the darkness, the greater the rewards you reap, accelerating your growth for the inevitable next run.
Your survival relies on a carefully chosen loadout of abilities, not a random deck of cards.
Custom Loadouts: Equip up to 3 repeatable action cards at a time, selecting from a growing pool of physical strikes, arcane wards, elemental spells, and monstrous summons.
Deep Scaling Math: Your actions don't just do flat damage. Every attack, shield, and status effect scales dynamically based on your eight core attributes.
Strategic Turns: Manage your Action Points (AP) and Reaction Delays to outmaneuver the horrors lurking below.
Progression is built around a deeply satisfying roguelite loop that rewards your persistence and tactical planning.
Rebirth: When you fall, your dungeon progress is calculated into Rebirth EXP. This EXP determines the size of your Attribute Point pool. Spend these points to permanently boost your base stats: Strength, Agility, Intellect, Vitality, Perception, Perseverance, Willpower, and Spirituality.
Optional Boss Portals: Every 10th floor harbors a portal leading to a formidable boss. Stepping through is entirely up to you, but if you choose to find and defeat these gatekeepers, you will unlock crucial new content, mechanics, and upgrades.
Transcendence: Conquer the very first boss to unlock the Transcendence System. Choosing to Transcend requires a heavy sacrifice—resetting your attributes and dungeon progress completely —but rewards you with points to spend across eight distinct Transcendence Trees, one for each core attribute. Each tree offers unique, playstyle-defining bonuses: unlock exponential physical damage and permanent thorns in the Strength tree , manipulate Action Points and speed with Agility , or empower your monstrous allies through Spirituality.
Endless Descent: A procedurally scaling dungeon where the challenge—and the rewards—are infinite.
Status Effect Mastery: Apply Magical DoTs like Burn, delay enemy turns with Shock, or drain their Action Points with Stun.
High-Risk Fusion Damage: Unleash devastating Fusion attacks. Fusion scales incredibly hard if you invest heavily in both Strength and Intellect, but without proper investment, it will struggle to break through an enemy's combined Physical and Magical defenses.
Summoner Builds: Invest in Spirituality to summon Giant Spiders and other allies whose stats scale directly alongside your own.
Reviews
Boring AI slop. First character starts with a physical shield, magic shield, and a heal. No damage abilities at all. Eventually die to a group of five enemies on the first floor. Restart. Second character starts with the exact same three abilities. Encounter a monster that also casts only shield and thorns on himself. I have no way to damage him, and he has no way to damage me. The game is completely soft locked. Escape button, tab, Q, nothing ends the misery except Alt-F4. Refunding.
Fun battle mechanics and lots of ways to build your character. Rebirth system means death is only the beginning and can try many different strategies. Worth a play.
