The war expands with the addition of Kolguyev, the iconic island first introduced in Arma: Cold War Assault. Navigate through the desolate ruins of former mining operations, infiltrate secret military installations, and immerse yourself in Kolguyev's unique atmosphere in the brand-new single-player campaign set in 1989.

Instantly download and install thousands of community-made mods from the in-game Workshop. ArmA 4 is not looking good. We are less than a year out, and Bohemia Interactive continues to DESTROY their game and then go radio silent. This update is no different, except that this time the issue is not mod pathways changing, or some annoying but minor issues. No, the game just doesn't work for 75% of the population, for multiple weeks. This has resulted in communities closing down, modders leaving the game and just a general bad taste in everyone's mouth. As stated multiple times by BI Staff, this is a GAME, not a playtest, not a demo, not an early access. The money that Bohemia Interactive makes is directly off the backs of modders. No one is buying this for Cold War, they are buying it for the same reason as every arma game: You can play it however you want. That is no longer the case. To add further insult, BI Staff in their discord has alluded to "no one testing on experimental", but for the last 4 years testing and leaving feedback on experimental has been a wasted exercise. Why update mods on that version when the final build will be vastly different? Why leave feedback when it is ignored? A prime example is vehicle physics, exactly 0 people liked it, it still shipped. Ontop of all of it, every patch looks visually worse and introduces new problems that were not present before. All whilst having 10% of the systems that A3 did on launch, at lower render ranges and neutered systems. So that console players, people that will drop the game in a year, can play a half-assed arma experience. There is no mechanism for your 4k USD computer to actually do what its supposed to. You are just on the level of some shirtless dude on his couch with a 400 dollar playstation.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I installed this game thinking I was getting a military simulator. Instead, I got PTSD from trees. One minute I'm leading a perfectly coordinated assault. The next, my driver somehow flips a Humvee into low Earth orbit after hitting what I can only assume was an aggressive pebble. Communication goes from: "Enemy north, 300 meters!" to "WHO THE HELL STOLE THE HELICOPTER?" Five minutes later the helicopter is upside down in a lake, the pilot says it was "part of the plan," and somehow we still win the objective. You'll spend 45 minutes planning an attack that lasts 12 seconds because Dave forgot what blue smoke meant and called artillery on the squad. The enemy isn't the other team. It's your own teammates. You'll die to: A bush. A teammate backing over you. Someone yelling "clear backblast" half a second too late. Falling down a hill because your soldier has the balance of a drunk giraffe. Every firefight feels like you're starring in an action movie directed by absolute idiots, and somehow that's exactly what makes this game amazing. 10/10. Would absolutely spend two hours driving logistics just to get vaporized by one guy hiding in a tree again.
Been playing 1.7 for a while now as FIA. I don't understand why US and Soviet equipment is locked behind an FIA rank. That makes no sense. Also, why can FIA not sabotage American and Soviet bases. We should be able to blow up armories and supply depots. We're partisan after all. The lack of disruptive activities you can do as FIA kinda makes playing that faction lame. Other than that - excellent game!
Played several hours into this. When its working its the best games I have played. However this last update has killed the game. I cant even connect to the server for the game itself. Really sucks because this game has so much to offer. I don't understand why the devs update the game and crash everything then we have to wait months for them to silent patch it just to let us play the game for 4 months and do it all over again. My recommendation is to stay away until they fix their update.
Ah Arma Reforger... This game changed me. It turned me into a full blown Milsim LARPER. Now I spend my weeks looking forward to the weekend so that I can LARP from dusk till dawn. LARP LARP LARP LARP. I am a full blown LARPER! 8/10 Would larp again
If you have played Arma 3, after you play this you will never want to play Arma 3 again. Additionally the game works perfectly in Linux, keep it up devs.
Major updates kill the mods. The mods practically carry the game, given the gameplay is severely watered down compared to A3 for instance. Probably better off just playing A3 atp
Разрабы дауны одной обновой создали симулятор снайпера еще и рус сервера положили
update 1.8 killed the game, again...
