Ancient is a delightful and simple Rogue-like! It's well worth the $5 with its expanding characters and Easter eggs.

difficulty feels fair most of the time but much like the first risk of rain, first few items can really make or break a run. the classes you unlock feel well varied between each other. a great game and for the price it actually feels like a bit of a steal!

A very obvious Risk of Rain-like, but with some additions to the formula that do actually make it interesting. Still, I'd rather be playing Risk of Rain, even though I have my problems with it. Get this game if you just can't get enough of RoR.

Really like this game. It feels a little clunky at first but once you get the hang of it, it is awesome. For 5 dollars, it's a steal. The price tag made me feel as if I was buying some cheap boring indie game that was unfinished and lacking in major areas. My only complaint is that the developer raise the price and don't undersell such an awesome experience. You have a really really good game here. I wish it could get some more promotion because it definitively deserves it. I had more fun in this game then I did in the original Risk of Rain. It isn't some junky copycat.
