It is a great game, main campain takes about 8-9 hours to finish, there is alot secrets, great fantasy fps. But the most enjoyable thing for me is the dlc. It feels more modern and new weapons are there too to enjoy. There is an endless mode for both game and dlc. Seems fun, i absolutely recommend it. Fantasy lovers will enjoy.

game was fun at first but later on the platforming is so difficult and it just becomes annoying to fight enemies that one hit kill you when an entire army is running towards you. ending was not enjoyable at all.
Amid Evil is an amazing boomer shooter and quite refreshing from other old-school FPS games. Amid Evil's weapons are great, with each weapon having unique abilities and use cases. Amid Evil keeps the gameplay fresh through shorter episodes with their own unique set of enemies, environments, and designs, each spanning only 4 levels, so no episode overstays its welcome. Amid Evil, though having great gameplay, fails to stimulate much of a challenge. I played Amid Evil on hard mode, and although I can appreciate that hard mode doesn't just bombard me with enemies constantly and restrict ammo and health pickups, I could see why others may not enjoy less of a challenge. To me, hard mode in Amid seemed like the intended difficulty. Amid Evil's bosses are pretty easy to beat even in hard mode, which I don't mind, but there are 2 bosses I disliked because of how underwhelming and poorly designed they were. Namely, [spoiler]the Corrupt Spirit with its unpredictable attacks. The Corrupt Spirit had pieces of debris flying around it and would just fling them anywhere at the same time. Collision with any of this debris would send the player flying across the arena, which doesn't seem to be intentional, just a result of poor design. [/spoiler] [spoiler] The other boss is the final boss of the game, and it was just very underwhelming once I found out how to beat it. [/spoiler] Overall Amid Evil is a fun game to play if you're into old-school FPS games because of its refreshing gameplay for each new set of enemies in each episode. However, Amid Evil may not be the game for you if you're looking for a real challenge.

Move fast and murder strange things in wonderfully surreal architecture. Every weapon ise useful, every realm is interesting, and everything feels right on point. Hot damn this game rules.
La verdad pues solo me costo completar el juego (solo en tema de logros) menos de 15 horas mas su DLC, digamos que es un buen juego, en mi opinión no es de LO MEJOR que jugue de New Blood, pero esta bien. Lo que caracteriza a Amid Evil es que sus niveles SON ENORMES y te pierdes facilmente en que camino debes seguir (ojo es lineal para nada es mundo abierto), tambien ya que tu arma es al magia pues la armas son epicas y super interesantes (con decir que hay un arma que lanza planetas como explosiones y una guadaña capaz de romper el espacio y tiempo, pues se nota que se fumaron algo), además aun que tenga graficos de la play 2, creo que es el juego más HD que tiene New Blood xd. Solo puedo decir que aveces en el juego hay momentos que pues ok pero en otros donde se vuelve PEAK. Lo recomiendo si esta en oferta y si ya terminaste de comprar tu lista de deseados. (claro que tambien más lo recomiendo si te gustal el estilo New Blood Productions en la mayoria de sus juegos)
