Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 31 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The Story So Far…
Amber Isle is down to its last remaining residents; the grumpy iguanodon Mayor Clawsworth, the peppy pteranodon courier Maple, and the mega-keen megalosaurus intern Adi. In a last-ditch attempt to revitalise Amber Isle, Mayor Clawsworth reluctantly agrees to let you open a shop. During your adventure, you’ll learn more about your new friends, the history of the island and how exactly it fell into disrepair…
So, what are you waiting for!?
Let's stock the shelves and dust the displays, because it's almost opening time for your brand new adventure on Amber Isle!

An insanely slow intro combined with Several Minute load times made me want to delete the game before i could reach the end of the Several ingame day tutorial
this game is just not good. it has animal crossing level potato graphics, so you'd think animations would be good since they're so simple, right? except that when characters talk their teeth clip through their models faces, tongues too. it's just lazy to the level of incompetent and I have no interest in a game not worth even minimal effort in the animations department. the textures/designs of characters are also extremely basic with the most basic lighting/shaders. it's one step away from being a 2d game. there's also this whole they/them snowflake bs in the background. as a REAL WOMAN I feel disgusted and offended that you erase real pronouns in favor of woke theythem nonsense. I'll go back to games like story of seasons or rune factory, which actually know what a woman is.

Amber Isle is a fascinating achievement showing how artists can make a game that barely works and it can still be ok. The gameplay itself is fun, similar to other cozy games of the style. You get resources, you make stuff, you open your shop, rinse and repeat. The character designs are also great, so it's fun to meet new dinos and get them all moved in. It is also, somehow, programmed in the most baffling way I have ever seen a game do it. This game flip flops between being a game for controller and a game for keyboard and mouse almost CONSTANTLY. If you're out travelling and gathering resources, controller is the only way to play, as the original hotkeys for keyboard are really, really bad. But the movement on controller is too finicky for the building sections or for basic character customization, requiring a mouse for precise inputs. The camera never really figures out what it's doing, either. Some items and interactables are only visible in a top down POV, which looks, objectively, terrible. Climbing a hill towards the camera causes it to freak out and clip into your model until you're at the top of the hill. There's no outlines for NPC models behind objects, so finding a specific character on the map (especially in wooded areas) comes down to finding their icon on the minimap and mashing interact until you can talk to them. There's a waterfall with a "secret" behind it that isn't modeled properly, so going to a spot high up next to the waterfall just completely shows the thing behind it. This game is incredible because I genuinely don't understand how it functions most of the time. But if you like dinosaurs and cute characters and just need something to grind out, it's worth getting on sale!
I want to like this game. I really, truly, want to like this game. And I do- it's adorable, if maybe a bit abstracted on the social side of things, but that's fine. The gameplay loop is fun even if I'm not great at it (Trying to remember all the tags on an item is tough, but I understand that knowing them and knowing your merchandise is part of the intended game experience, so I'm not upset about it). It needs more polish. I reached the initial 20kA goal and shop rank 2 at the same time, and the rank up notification was stuck onscreen while Mayor Clawsworth's talked to me. I had the game eat my cursor at one point and I'm not sure why. I've had customers just not come in for their orders despite being open when they're awake. (This one might be on purpose, I don't actually know if I get penalized for this). The moment that lead me to writing this review, in hope that someone on the dev team sees this and is able to fix it, though, was when I was browsing the crafting menu. I had accepted that I'd have to go back and look through my store stocks to figure out what I needed to make more of- annoying, but acceptable. Only then do I notice, at the top right of each crafting icon, IN PLAIN WHITE TEXT, ON AN OFF-WHITE BACKGROUND, the amount of each item you have. I genuinely did not see it until just now. I really, really want to like this game, and I still recommend it. It's adorable, without some of the stresses that, say, Animal Crossing has (no RTC is a big plus), but...it just needs a bit more polish.
It's a cute game but my tail keeps flapping around like crazy and it's really distracting I'll edit this review later when I get to progress even more
Not too great when this game causes windows to look like someone speed running multiple organ failure one driver/process at a time. To also have developers always insisting the fault is on the player because they "fixed all the problems". Cute game on the surface that needs a fair amount of work under the hood. Anything more than 30 minutes to an hour causes my os to freak out with a bsod that looks very corrupted. Have even babysat my resource monitor to find nothing out of the ordinary with it.
Game will not launch after 21 hours of playtime. I have reinstalled, updated drivers, validated files, deleted folders, restarted my pc, removed my save folder and NOTHING worked
I really wanted to like the game, and on some level, I do. But the constant bugs during the beginning (including one where I have to restart my unsaved games) are just pushing me to not recommend the game in its current state. Really a shame, because I like the customization, the shop keeper aspect and the characters seem cute.
a nice lil game to just unwind and enjoy. no need to race the clock to do things (exept for special requests) a simple game of management, crafting and resource collecting. each creature is unique and cute. (being a graduate of 3d animation) i love the environment and characters. the character creation has a good choice of options and even premade ones you can finagle to your liking. tho i did have the mayor t-pose and slide during his ''walk'' wich was funny. another scene also happened with the mayor, he was looking at the wall while talking to me and other characters, he sorta fixed himself when he was talking to just me, not sure if it was supposed to be like that or not. i did get some minor camera glitches (i think it colided with an invisible wall) a friend watched me play it and got it. i did enjoy playing and will continue to play this fun lil game :)
