Really had fun with this game. There is a good mysterious story behind it, and the actors are proper big names, so that was a good surprise. I've never played the original game/games, but this was a great mix of adventure, exploring, action and puzzles. Some people say the combat is clunky, and they're right, and the realoading also takes a while, but luckily the game doesn't rely on combat as the main thing, usually there is also a different way around. It's fun progressing though the story and revealing the mysterious of the big manor. Very much recommended.

It's got a great story, but the combat isn't the best and its a bit laggy sometimes for no reason.

Un giochino abbastanza carino con la sua ovvia storicità dietro, che doveva rispettare un canone davvero alto, ma che non è riuscito minimamente a dare quello che alone in the dark rappresenta davvero, detto questo, togliendolo dal titolo di remake, e pensandolo come una reinterpretazione del titolo si può anche considerare gradevole. La mia esperienza è stata abbastanza positiva, le cose migliori di questo gioco sono i suoi momenti di regia nelle cutscene, nella quale ho trovato 2 momenti davvero alti, ma con appunto un gameplay che a livello di combat system offre davvero le basi. Durante il mio gameplay ho riscontrato alcuni bug che mi richiedevano il restart e mi è crushato 1 volta. Nel complesso se state cercando l'autenticità di quello che è un alone in the dark scappate, se invece volete godervi un survival horror leggerissimo con una storia carina, giocatelo.
Playing Alone in the Dark is like reading a Lovecraft book: it may not be for everyone, but it's certainly an enjoyable experience.

Abgesehen vom schwachen Gegnerdesign ein wirklich cooles Spiel mit vielen Schlüsseln und Rätseln. Hat mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient.

За те деньги, что её продают сейчас, это хорошая игруля. Игра не то чтобы говно, но просто во многом сделана на п.0.х.у.9l.х. Когда играешь, понимаешь, что часть команды хотела, могла, любила проект, а часть аутсорсники на пахуях. Прошло 2 года, игру допиливать не стал никто. Самому надо пердолить её на 32к9, редачить сенсу мыши в файле txt, т.к. в настройках при минимуме и 800dpi на мыше, сенса просто мля 2ая космическая, необъяснимые статеры. 10 закрывающихся дверей из 10!
