Alone in the Dark

Начну с того, что до этого играл в несколько частей AitD: самую первую на Panasonic 3DO и The New Nightmare на ПК. Другие релизы пропускал из-за низких рейтингов. Перезапуск серии понравился, но чем-то выдающимся для меня не стал. Концепция хождения по особняку с периодическими порталами в неожиданные места реализована хорошо. Головоломки интересные. У игры оригинальная атмосфера старого времени. Звучит приятный джаз. Интерьеры сделаны красиво. А теперь о минусах. Бои немного топорные. Оптимизация местами хромает. Есть стелс, но он не нужен и порой создает проблемы. Расставленные повсюду коктейли Молотова выглядят как-то несерьезно. Анимации и лица персонажей сделаны на бюджетном уровне. Сюжет плохо проработан. Особняк совсем не ощущается жутким местом, где происходит чертовщина. Все подано так, будто все ужасы творятся у персонажа в голове… И нет особого желания спасать какого-то шизофреника, при том, что он сам этого не очень хочет… Вердикт: игра неплохая, оригинальная, но не шедевр и почти нестрашная.

Franchement, je m'amuse sur ce jeu et c'est la le plus important pour moi. Alors oui, les graphismes ne sont pas derniers cris mais pour ma part l'important n'est pas la. Je trouves que nous manquons de jeu d'enquêtes avec une histoire intéressante. Je ne l'ai pas finis et peut être que je serais déçus de la fin mais cela n'a pas d'importance si j'ai pris du plaisir à avancer. Question gameplay c'est pas au top du top également mais au risque de me répéter, cela n'a pas d'importance dans ce genre de jeux. Si vous aimer les enquêtes avec une histoire correct et l'univers de Lovecraft et bien ce jeu vous conviendra. Je recommande donc sur la base de tous ces critères. Je veux plus de jeux comme cela !

I really wanted this game to be in my top list. Unfortunately, it is a little bit disappointing. Game's atmosphere is a masterpiece, but just the atmosphere. When you focus on something, like story, controls etc etc., it gets shallow. especially story is too shallow. I only play Emily's part but it didnt hooked me into the story that much, so i did not play Edward's side. Combat is so boring, game doesn't even need a combat, but they added anyway. I wished for a Cosmic/Lovecraftian Horror masterpiece, but I just got a game that I can say I played. 7/10(for the atmosphere)

Play on Hard because you want a challenge, game is okay, little tricky due to limited resources, then final boss fight turns into Elden Ring. No thank you. 99% completed but not finishing.

I rarely drop a game, but i dropped this one, really boring, the gunplay sucks, the puzzles are not fun to solve at all and the worst of all is the voice acting, i just cant stand the bored voices of the protagonists.
