Felt entirely pointless. There’s zero momentum, no real excitement, and it quickly turns into a very dull experience.

it is great

It still had a few enjoyable moments.

I'm playing through my steam library in mostly alphabetical order and thought it would be fun to give short steam reviews for each game if I would recommend them or not. In a vaccuum this is better than alien cat 1, cuz this is NOT a platformer so the awful control issue doesn't matter much anymore. Instead however, the game is just so annoying to figure out as any minor misclick demands a full restart, it's got none of the QOL stuff you'd expect from a puzzle game after the 90's. Honestly, the game is not awful by any means, however just going off my own enjoyment of the game, it is a 1/10. It was beyond frustrating and I quit very soon after starting it, and I can't give a game like that any positives in the score regardless if the game does have positives to it.
