About
Step into an adrenaline-fueled, retro first-person shooter paying homage to the beloved console shooters of the ‘90s.
Engage in pulse-pounding shootouts against cutting-edge enemy AI straight out of the futuristic realm of 1997.
Embark on 14 daring missions as Secret Agent John Walter, an elite operative tasked with saving the world from his arch-nemesis, Dominic Pulp. Protect the future against the phantoms of the past.
Traverse skyscrapers, nightclubs, museums, catacombs, and snow bases in a heart-pumping journey of espionage.
Play the entire campaign as a one-man army or alongside friends via split-screen and online cooperative play!
Each story mission is a self-contained environment where you have to accomplish varied objectives, such as hacking terminals, stealing secret plans, freeing civilian hostages, and much more… all while fighting armed guards in epic shootouts, of course.
3 Difficulty Levels
Every mission can be completed in 3 distinct difficulty modes (Agent, Special Agent, and 64 Agent). With higher difficulty comes more objectives, and more open areas to discover.
(Tip: Start with Agent to familiarize yourself with the missions, then ramp up the difficulty to discover what comes next.)
By beating par times and other trials, you can unlock Paradox Modes, which contain 70+ modifiers and cheats that enable various effects on regular gameplay, including:
Big Heads
Melee Disarms
Slow Bullet Speeds
No Reload
…and many more!
Ready for an unorthodox challenge? Complete Contracts: remixed missions with different objectives and Paradox mode pre-sets for additional Paradox unlocks.
Fight against friends in local split-screen multiplayer combat, or take the gunfight online with up to 8 players and 8 additional bots.
Enjoy full lobby customization including teams, weapon set, rule sets and paradox modifiers, with up to 10 saved pre-sets to your liking.
Deathmatch: Classic deathmatch, score the more frags to win!
Briefcase: Capture the briefcase and hold it for long enough to score a point. But don't get too comfortable, after each point won, the briefcase position is reset to a random point on the map.
Zone: You have to capture the zone on the map to score points. Don't let any enemy contest it as it will stall the countdown!
Challenges: special matches against pre-set bots where players must reach a precise score under a certain amount of time. The faster you win, the better the prizes. Unlock maps, characters, music tracks, and more!

Gunplay is fun, weapons feel good. The game is just a little boring.
really appreciate how far someone can go with a game. really reminiscent of goldeneye style games and a good amount of challenges and secrets. good story too. cool to see this style of game arise this year. thanks for making it
Goldeneye and Perfect Dark are core childhood memories for me. This game is a perfect way to revisit those memories with some new gameplay. Do not regret buying.

AI stupidly hard, aim assist is garbage and doesn't lock targets most of the time, lack of story advancement without cyphers which require player to have to deal with higher difficulty levels with even stupidly harder AI that never misses shots. Game's named wrong, it should be "Agent ZERO" for zero stars! Save your money and DON'T buy this, instead buy a PROPER shooter like Postal 2 or Postal 4
This game perfectly captures the feeling of playing Goldeneye with some obvious modern upgrades.
What a absolute fun blast from the past. Sure, the campaign is not too long. However, it has a ton of replayability. The moment-to-moment gameplay is just so much fun. The hard difficulties, missions, and mission variations make each run through tougher but fun.
Agent 64: Spies Never Die feels like a genuine love letter to GoldenEye rather than a modern game simply wearing an N64 skin. It nails the N64-era look and feel while making some smart modern improvements. The levels are well designed, objectives are straightforward, movement feels smooth, and swapping between weapons and usable items is much easier than digging through menus or cycling through all of your items. The enemy AI even captures some of that wonderfully squirrel-brained GoldenEye behavior, just without quite as much “How the hell did that guy see me through a wall?” The references are everywhere: exploding boxes, exploding filing cabinets, familiar enemy reactions, and body armor that thankfully doesn't explode when you shoot it. My biggest complaint? Shooting somebody in the ass doesn't make them grab both cheeks and jump in the air. Missed opportunity! I've seen complaints about it feeling too much of a speed run style game. I will counter that with something simple... To get the unlocks, yes, you have to move quick. Goldeneye had the same thing. You can take your time, go for headshots, and enjoy the game. So don't expect anything otherwise. If you grew up playing GoldenEye, this is absolutely worth a playthrough. Or ten. Agent 64: Spies Never Die is a very faithful throwback to GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark. The gunplay, levels and missions structure will make you feel right at home. But, some things about the campaign are a bit annoying and could be improved: - Weapon selection is limited to a few pistols and the same 2 or 3 automatics. - Sniper Rifle doesn't seem to zoom further than other weapons. - Enemy AI sometimes have a long starting animation, giving you plenty of time to attack. I wish they could throw grenades instead. They can melee attack, which is great. - Item selection is done by menus. I would prefer new key binds different from weapon cycling. Personally, the look of the menus could be better: GoldenEye used a watch, Perfect Dark something similar. But here, it's basic PC menu. This is where the game could bring out its own personality. There is no mission briefing section to explain where the player is, what he has to do and why in the context of the story could be interesting. The story is pretty much in the intro cutscenes and in the mission objective description. As for multiplayer, I haven't touched it. But, since the targeting system is more like the console games, I prefer something like a classic PC shooter. GoldenEye Source 5.0 is a better option for me.
Agent 64 stands out as being such a unique game for this day and age. It really feels like I jumped back 20 years and played a new game of that time. It leans into that with it's controls which feel wonky at first but over time I grew to love them. It really gives the game such a unique flavor. Co-op was welcome and a really fun time. The star of the show was the level design and to me it even beats out some of the greats like Doom 2016. The levels all feel unique and what they have you doing feels interactive and not just the same combat encounters with moderately different landscapes around. It's a game with a lot of charm that doesn't overstayed it's welcome and allowed me to re-experience a piece of gaming history (that's at least what it felt like).
Merci pour ce jeu ❤️👍
