Revhead is a car racing simulation game, where you have to build your own race car.
You have a friend Charlie, who is busy with building race cars. He would need some help from you and he invites you to Australia. You start your journey somewhere in a small town in Australia, where the only way to get recognised if you are able to build the fastest and best racing car around. You have Charlie, his expertise and his garage. The rest is up to you!

You have to think as a real Revhead! You can buy or sell cars and components, fix and tweak your car to make it the fastest around. However, a good race car is not always about the fastest or strongest, but the one which matching with it’s driver. Set your car the way it fits for your driving skills and racing conditions.

Revhead is about to build and race with your dream car and while all of your racing skills will be required to beat others on a track, you also have to master mechanical skills to be able to fix, maintain or re-build your car.
A real car is built up from thousands of components. Each connected to each-others and they are working together as a car. In this game, every car is built up from dozens of individual components, connected to each-other the same way as in reality. Each component can be removed, replaced and swapped between other cars. This way, you can not only customise your paint work and outlook, but the handling and performance of the car as well.
Understand your car!
Watch your car when driving, how is it handling, how smoky is it or what noise coming from the hood. All these can help you to identify the real problem.
You need a 4x4 but you don’t have the budget? Buy a wreck cheap car and transfer it to a 4x4 supercharged racing beast, using wrecked cars and used components from the newspaper.
You engine is strong, but your car don’t reach the speed you want it to? Make sure your gears and differential also match with your goals!
Racing and what is behind it
In the reality, racing is about 80% mechanical work, 19% testing and 1% racing. In this game, we try to get closer to this, while we still wanted to keep the fun. If you like cars, if you do understand that a car is not only about 4 wheels, 1 motor and a steering wheel, if you don’t afraid of mistakes, if you dare to challenge others, even when you are with your most loved car, then Welcome in Noordu, the land of Revheads!

10/10 Game. Perfectly complex game with just enough depth to be engaging without being frustrating.
Bought this game when it first came out and since then, they stripped some of the content and made it DLC. Turbos and superchargers for v8s seems to be DLC locked when they were included initally. I used to love this game and was excited for new content ..not less content. Great concept but greed ruined it. Way to support those who with you from the beginning.

the game is good, but... play it when the players are treated like that. nah. return Russian language, soy community
I grew up playing Atari 2600 in early 80's but in 1989-1990 I had an Amiga 500 and with the extra housebrick sized 1 meg ram I could play a game called Street Rod, It was the best game I played in my youth I loved the burger stand meet up for racing for pinkslips or cash, the garage, and newspapers to help buy a straight six car and work your way up to a V8, the paint, the decals and then the king. Well it's been decades since anything has scratched my itch like Street Rod, but Revhead is the closest I have come it's a great game with the garages, the paint, the newspapers, the parts and of course the cars with even more content like ingame shops for car parts if the newspapers don't have them, more race tracks, drag strips, off road, I been playing 13 hours and still very invested in this game it's my modern Street rod and I am enjoying it a lot.

Build cars, race em, sell em, rinse repeat. Great little game.
It is a great indie open-world racing sim where you can tinker with your car for ages. Perfect!
Easily the greatest piece of Australian Automotive Interactive Media A spritual successor to the likes of the Street Legal series popular in the early 2000's Theres a few hiccups here and there, but the Dev makes every effort to rectify bugs and push QOL updates frequently The focus is building your own car from a select fleet You'll browse the classifieds for a run down clappa for 2k, pull the busted gear off and get back into the classifieds for a semi good XGTV8, slap a pair of turbos on it, and wipe the competition HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hours of fun, plenty of content, and a above-and-beyond Dev.
This is a grind-em-up. Revhead is nearly a great game, but the economy needs rebalancing. You wind up having to do the same races dozens of times to get enough money to make the slightest improvement to your car. There's no money to be made restoring cars what-so-ever. I hope they sort this as the core gameplay is engaging enough. I know some people won't mind the grind. But a lot will quickly lose patients like I did.
Wow I love this game. reminds me of a more modern Street Rod. Very fun and a lot more to the game then it's seems on the surface. I hope they keep updating this game because it's so much fun. Highly Recomended!!!
