Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
This one catches some flack, but its a good little total war game in a unique setting, and might actually be one of the better "entry level" games. Doesn't have the best replay-ability and a campaign will probably only take you 20-25 hrs but its def worth it (though I'd probably wait for a sale)
I hadn't played Thrones of Britannia for quite a while, but coming back to it with the Thrones Reforged mod installed feels like playing a completely new game. The mod adds so much to the experience. The historical names and attention to detail make the campaign feel far more immersive, while the pacing feels much better balanced and rewarding. Unit rosters are more interesting, battles are engaging, and the overall flow of the campaign just clicks in a way that keeps me coming back for "one more turn." If you bounced off Thrones of Britannia before, I'd highly recommend giving it another chance with Thrones Reforged. The combination of improved pacing, enhanced historical flavour, and enjoyable battles transforms an already solid game into something truly special.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love the era, atmosphere and battle mechanics, but paying 1/3 of the price for blood which is essential for combat to feel visceral and realistic? Absolutely pathetic, I refunded on principle... This is about war - how is gore considered exclusive or separate?
Out of all the Total Wars this one by far has to be my favorite one. Graphics, gameplay is just great. No luck finding multiplayer matches but thats okay, the campaign will give you a run for your money.
I really wanted to give this game a chance, I tried playing campaign three or four times and always had to turn it off in disgust. So I will be very pedantic with this one. This is a list of everything wrong with this game in my opinion and this is only after a few hours of gameplay, I imagine it would be much longer after full campaign.

Smaller, dumbed down version of bigger Total War titles, but I don't understand how they can make a game that is simpler but so unintuitive at the same time.
Starting date. Why are we starting ten years after the Great viking army is already defeated and Wessex and Mercia are already established? Where is challenge in this? I don't want to conquer frikin Walles. Also only one starting date afaik.
Campaign camera. Why would I want to conquer Britain when I can't zoom out and see the Island? If your game engine limits you so much in this regard then stop making strategy games.
Dumb missions and victory conditions, oCcUpY 120 sEtTlEmEnTs, so original
Ugly chaotic UI that clearly focuses on being stylish rather than being informative, but fails on both counts. I can play grand strategy games ten times more complex and still can find what I want much faster than here.
Horrible looking character portraits, and videos, again trying to be stylish but looks like crap.
Emblems, banners (if you can even call them that) are so small, ugly and low res, they are so tiny that I can't even see them on my display properly. Its like Creative Assembly are trying to mock history.
No religions, no cultures, even though this was supposed to be a cultural and religious conflict, neither is implemented in the game. Instead we have a food system, that is only there to drag things longer.
Blurry visuals, every menu, unit or tree looks so blurry that if feels like I'm playing on lower resolution.
Ugly washed out color palette in battles.
Mostly flat terrain on both campaign map and in battles, boring.
1/10, absolute garbage, if you ever think about wasting your money on this game, then don't
The rebel system is absolutely stupid 1% unrest spawns a full 20unit army after 4 turns
Bottom line up front: There is one reason I won't recommend this game, and that is the ease with which your lands can be taken without a fight. In other Total War titles, even your small towns have a garrison to rally to fight off an invader, but in ToB, an army can simply sneak into your town and you lose it. This ruins anything you built in the town, and still takes away your provincial dominance. When it happened the first time, I was done.
It is not the most popular and beloved Total War game. It is an underdog whose value is bitten by a trend. However, truly: it is more pretty and entertaining than it is usually told. I have noticed that most of the negative reviews are written by players who played it less than 10 hours, and positive - by those who played even hundreds. People find something to enjoy this game. Yes, it resembles the old good first Shogun or even more Medieval Total War - Vikings Invasion. But it was a GOOD Shogun. Its map is relatively cosy and small like Japan or Brittish Isles. Its graphics is stylish like the old Welsh chessboard and its pieces. It is simpler than Shogun 2. Nevertheless, it is nice to have such a "simple" small Total War game for a funny price. Just enjoy and relax it in endless skirmishes with vikings or against them :)
最精致的一款全战。很不错的配乐和音效,很有艺术感的UI设计,虽然它的体量小,但是瑕不掩瑜。推荐搭配《孤国春秋》这部英剧,边看边玩,很有沉浸感
