I played this game at a very low point in my life, and it honestly felt like a hug. From the moment you enter Claire's world, all of your problems just melt away, and all of that is made possible because of the memorable (and humorous) cast of characters, the journey, and the music. There were times when I'd wander around a certain area to listen to the score, which really contributed to the whimsy, relaxed feeling that this game exudes. As you become Claire, you set out on a journey to climb the famed Hawk Peak for better cellphone signal, but it'd be a grave mistake to assume that this is the sole goal of the game. It's necessary to get to the ending, but you can certainly take some detours and help out the others in Hawk Peak Provincial Park. In fact, the game encourages you to do so. Help the other characters recover their lost belongings, deal with some rude (but not mean-spirited) characters along the way, and become a parkour master too. There's a lot to keep you occupied, which also explains my playtime. And the ending made me shed a tear or two (of joy) since that's when you find out why Claire headed to the backcountry in the first place. Needless to say, a solid 10/10. I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone. I only wish Hawk Peak Provincial Park truly existed so I could head there and befriend everyone too.

nice cozy game one of my favourite indie games
the game is good I completed it in 2.5 hrs and it was very good, I loved it. only thing I didn't like was the wonky automatic camera, and collecting coins, the game should have just had golden feathers, helping people with cash and all and cash literally being littered across island but one raven boy not having money for student loan is very unbelievable, free money is across the island. I think they the creator should have removed the money element completely instead collect feathers, help people get something out of their reach, win races, boat, fish and have fun. overall great game, no handholding, everything is commonsense and very easy to understand, awesome game, awesome time. Glad this game exists.
I can tell how much care and passion was put into this game, and I can also tell that the dev(s) had fun creating it. It's a fun exploration game with charming characters and various little tasks to complete and things to collect. If you're a completionist, you'd love this game. This game is just about everything I want from a cozy game.

刚玩感觉不明所以,后面渐入佳境.地图设计比较有意思,有一种童话的感觉.小岛的小动物们都挺好,玩起来很治愈.登山图中羽毛越来越多,后来可以轻松跨越之前的天堑,很棒的思路.最后登上山顶和妈妈打电话,把羽毛分给陌生小动物,回想起来还是很感动.总之是非常治愈的一款游戏啊,绝对不会后悔
