Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9.29/day in the week to Aug 23 → 13.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Build your city into the most powerful of all kingdoms through endless combinations of buildings, units, spells, and positioning. Take advantage of chaotic combos and powerful perks to break the game and become overpowered. Grow your kingdom in strategic ways, prepare for dozens of unique events, and show the world your kingdom can outlast all others in both single and async multiplayer.

From humble village to massive citadel, your capital recruits your units and grows their power. Expand your kingdom strategically over time and build it to survive decades of war and strife.

From sturdy knights and warlocks, to glass cannon wizards and bombers, to hordes of fiendish imps and sentient mushrooms, there are dozens of units to lead and fight. Stockpile gold to hire thousands of mercenaries to your cause, use dark magic to raise the dead, and harness nature itself to bring down your enemies!

Each of the kings has a different starting deck of buildings, troops, and spells, but you can loot the rival kings who attack your lands to access cards from their unique decks. Make peace with those whose units don’t fit your playstyle, and declare war against kings with the powers and units you covet, deploying the tools acquired from your enemy to unlock countless combinations of stacking buffs and modifiers to build an invincible army.

Async multiplayer mode pits you against eight rival kings to see whose kingdom survives the longest. Climb the ranks and prove yourself to truly be the king of kings, complete with cosmetic customization using rewards you’ve unlocked through daily challenges and medals earned along the way.
Quest Mode introduces unique mechanics-bending challenges as you travel the known world and face off against its kings to collect their crowns for yourself.
Endless Mode has you choose a king and face endless attacks from enemy kings and their most powerful warriors – how long can you survive the onslaught?
Combine your cards in endless ways – try out insane builds and watch massive armies fight for your crown, survive as long as you can against increasingly powerful enemies, or break the game and watch all challengers crumble before you.

Absolutely atrocious quest balancing. I mean, the balancing is hilariously broken in general, but that is kinda fun as long as there are no given quest constraints.

Pretty damn good, fairly priced too. I quite enjoy being able to find unique broken builds organically and have them actually work to get me to the endgame. Excited to try the multiplayer

****
Such a fun card-based, base-management rogue-like/lite (whichever). I originally had an aversion to the idea of card-based resources, but playing Marvel's Midnight Suns (from the creators of XCom2), Vampire Crawlers, Balatro, and others, I've super enjoyed the genre. I love seeing little guys battle it out, and each of the 9 kings feels importantly distinct with their own preferred playstyles. This isn't a "deck building" game (no discard/reshuffling), instead providing you with 1 chance after each battle to select a card from a random set of cards from your king, the king you're fighting, and I believe kings you've previously fought. The unlocking of new kings, progression by leveling up the kings by playing them and unlocking permanent optional buffs (runes) of which you can equip 9, and the discovery of new cross-king compatibilities is so thrilling! The gold/merchant balance is nice also because the merchant is expensive and so is rerolling. You can get over this slightly by using the Gold King's cards. Still, nice balance. Even for an early access, the game has gorgeous design, good difficulty balance, and a feeling like you're communicating with the creators. Some small nitpicks that I'm sure will be updated in the future: - Controller User Experience is good, but not excellent. There is still a slight reliance on the "mouse" being used instead of "warping" the cursor to targets. The mouse's default "click and drag" is required for discarding cards, placing cards, and expanding your base. - This could be improved by allowing a "click to select" feature, where you select a card, then choose what to do with it (discard, select a tile). - This could also be improved by allowing the d-pad to handle more interactions instead of the left thumbstick being a mouse cursor stand-in. - You cannot see a plot's level or stats unless you hover over them, meaning you have to memorize and guess which tiles can be upgraded, or manually move your cursor over the tile, which is a minor but noticeable nit. - It would be good if there was a key or button you could "hold down" to show the basic stats of all of your tiles, or some toggleable feature to always show a minor amount of information (like level) on every plot.
Awesome rougelike card game
Gives you a lot of choices. Interesting, smooth, viusally applealing. Simple to pick up, sucks you up in a few minutes.
