Ally yourself with the right parties, build out your force, and protect the Orion sector.
A Caelo Ad Terram.
For centuries the Protectorate have been the stalwart defenders of humanity’s ventures through the Orion Arm, guarding against enemies foreign and domestic of the United Earth Spheres. As humanity’s galactic infrastructure teeters on the brink of collapse over a deficit of the resource “flux,” the Protectorate brings honed tactics and heavy firepower to bear. Field veteran commandos to deep strike enemy positions, or bring the heavy firepower of your mech divisions to break enemy lines.
Grow. Expand. Exterminate.
The Grell are a tide of highly evolved plant-like creatures that spawn sites of raw flux crystals through the galaxy, and humanity’s first contact with alien life. As external powers dive deeper into exploiting flux for faster than light travel, the once passive Grell have begun to flood across worlds, wiping out those who would threaten their biosphere. Expand your blooms by spreading the roots of your biomass across the battlefield, and rip apart your enemies with twisted evolutions from the acidic Harbinger to the rampaging Reaver.
Across a Million Worlds, We March.
The Legion of Truth are a fanatical empire from beyond the reaches of known space, devoted to their Emperor and a pantheon of god-like beings. Their armies crusade across the cosmos, bringing all in their path under the Idals, and purging those unwilling or unable to accept the voice. Drown your enemies with waves of expendable Thralls and Fanatics, and break your enemy under the treads of the titanic Terror Tank, a mobile fortress that can reconfigure with the tide of battle.
For Purpose. For Survival.
The Xol are civilization of autonomous robotic consciousness, brought to the brink of extinction by the dark crusade of the Legion. Though fiercely individualistic, they are united by one imperative: survival. As the tide of annihilation turns against them, the Xol will bring the most advanced robotics technology in the galaxy to bear, wield the accumulated genius of their society, and wipe out all who threaten their future.

This game is the most fun I've had with a Modern RTS in a long while... Thank you so much for the creation of this game! WARNING - Mostly a Campaign Review, though I have dabbled in a little bit of the Skirmish and I am absolutely blown away by how fun and good the game is!!! --- Likes and Dislikes about the game so far --- Likes: 1. Picking a color to represent your side in Skirmish and such. (which a quite a few RTS games do, but I always liked this personally.) 2. RPG/RTS Style of the game, well done. 3. The Mercenaries System, good addition to your main faction overall in Campaign and I LOVE how they've implemented this in multiplayer too. 4. The variety of units for each faction, with more units and more factions to come in the later future from what I've read and understand. 5. I LOVE the amount of different upgrades I can have for my units AND structures, absolutely awesome and on top of that, I like that they can all be research a certain way that they have right now. 6. I like the actual researched upgrades themselves 7. The Campaign is amazing but definitely needs work with the bugs and crashing (which they may have updated literally just now as I've completed the campaign as far as I could already, so I may come back to this comment in the future) 8. The amount of game modes, I love this as well! 9. The amount of hard work they're putting into the game overall, and I really appreciate the care and effort they're putting in the game overall from the normal balancing and fixes, to the added content that's coming from the Early Access stuff till the game is complete. Dislikes: - The in-general bugs that got so bad that it crashed my games a few times (especially in the campaign) though, still an early access game so I can understand and give them some grace for. My Overall Thoughts: An amazing game, so much so that I'm making another attempt at making a 'good and thoughtful review' for a game I really enjoy. like a must-have if you enjoy Sci-Fi RTS games with Hero Units that can turn the tide of a battle BUT are great with other units and aren't the whole reason (but can be the sole-reason) as to why your army can win imo, which is good! I really like the way they integrated the units together to mix-and-match what works for me, for the game, and the playstyles I can come up with. Absolutely a good game so far! I am rating this all off the top of my head atm, so I may come back and edit this comment in the future. My Overall Personal and Current Rating: A solid 8, or even a 9/10! Last Note: My personal thank you to the Devs and Supporters and Fellow Players backing this wonderful game. I really hope this game continues doing well and turns out great!

I'll call this an equivocal recommendation. The competitive is way too complicated for any but the sweatiest of sweats, and the campaign is probably years away from completion, but the Galactic War co-op mode is really fun and worth your time. Whether it's worth what they're charging is a bit debatable, but if you want some highly replayable RTS action and you've burnt out on SC2 co-op, ZeroSpace provides a fun and fresh take on that formula. (Playtime listed doesn't include the significant time I sunk into the various demos.)
Still early access so some bugs, but takes the tedious parts of other RTS games out and adds some great new features, choice of merc factions with your main army for some diversity and varied unit comps, hero's that arent too OP or the main focus, tower control, unit and building queues, and much more . This IS the next big RTS to take SC2 off the throne.
Pretty cool game, I know it's still in beta but I think the Legion faction's Hero advantage vs Protectorate is disproportionately strong. It has more HP/dps, and an activatable that will kill tier 1 with splash vs Protectorate. But the imbalanced part is that you get like 2-3 not just 1 so it's like totally free, kind of like airstrikes vs an attacker that's pushing. The underlying problem in this situation seems like the Individual heroes are overbuffed and the rock throwing thing should be slightly less damage to not 'own' tier 1 and 1.5 infantry protectorate. It's just it has 1000 hp and kills all the units I have in one mana cost go. This game will be great, I'm not complaining but it's so large in scope many things are bound to be imbalanced. Sc2 I played like 1-5x 10000 games and this is looking a lot like SC2/3. Buy and hold.
This game is a love letter to the RTS genre and an amazing blend between StarCraft 2, Warcraft 3 and mobile. Working campaign (almost finalized), great 1v1, 3 very flexed out factions (4th one in Beta), very decent performance (for EA title), working co-op and more to come. Come get your StarCraft 3 fix (Blizzard will not do it and if they do they'll screw it up for sure). Easy recommend to both new and veteran RTS fans alike.
