the litmus test for if you will like shmups or not. very beginner friendly and sets up any new player with the ethos that's required to really enjoy these games. you will either like this game a lot, dislike it, or complain at extensive length in steam discussions regarding the ending which the developers will never read.

very good shmup for beginners and noobs

Pretty cool game except for the part where if you die to the final boss your save file gets deleted I dont care if its like that because of the story or if its meant to be a beautiful sequence or whatever I dont want to play through the same exact same group of levels for 3 hours just to maybe get one attempt at a gimmick boss. Otherwise the games good. Its not something I'd WANT to play 4 times over, as i have done trying to get the achievement, but its good.

An immensely satisfying game, with enough love for classic shmups and Gunbusters to rob any curious fan of either some well wasted time.

I feel just a tiny bit closer to reaching enlightenment thanks to this game. 10/10
