About
Zero Caliber is the ultimate VR shooter with a full-blown single player/Co-op campaign (up to 4 players), cross-play PvP game modes, native mod support, and ZOMBIES.
Rise through the ranks to unlock a wide variety of weapons and attachments, customize them, climb, jump, crouch, shoot, get to cover, reload, invite your friends, repeat - be prepared for a mind-blowingly immersive experience!
Handle, aim and reload your weapons with real-life movements! We modeled the in-game weapons based on their real-life counterparts paying extreme attention to detail. Each weapon has its unique reloading method that you have to learn and practice to fully master them.
If you fancy explosions, just grab a grenade and throw it at the enemy. After you pulled the pin of course.
Stay in the open for too long and you’re dead. Try to find cover instead, duck, crouch, sneak, peek around a corner, clear obstacles with real-life movements. Military combat isn’t all about shooting. Being aware of your surroundings, the terrain, and working together with your squadmates are all part of a successful mission. Don’t let your fellow soldiers down!
Everyone has a unique playstyle. Is accuracy your thing? Put a laser sight on your assault rifle and take accurate shots in semi-automatic mode, or just grab a sniper rifle. Are you more of a shoot first, ask later type of person? Take a shotgun, or dual wield your machine guns in fully automatic firing mode. Be careful though, recoil can make your job really difficult! Combine your favourite gun with your favourite attachments on-the-fly to find out which variation suits you the most!
Water is life. Someone should’ve made that clear before humanity started poisoning Earth with microplastics. Now water is death. People are fighting for drinkable water, for survival.
The military tried their best to keep order, but inevitably they got overwhelmed. That’s when mercenaries appeared.. then entire private armies.. and then when hope started to fade away came the religious cults. The most fearsome of all is a secretive organization worshipping Tlaloc, the aztec God of rain. The “Tlalokii”, as they call themselves. Their motto? “Join us or perish”. What is even worse, they know something that can change the fate of humanity.
Be part of this action-packed, story-driven VR adventure where you fight alongside your fellow soldiers trying to keep order… or what’s left of it anyway.
Download community-made single player/co-op missions or PvP maps, or make your own in Unreal Engine through mod.io!
An all-in-one VR FPS experience that will surely make you forget that you are in a video game!

Can't recommend at this moment. The poor performance of this game and the lack of content is not worth the full price the game is nice dont get me wrong but the lack of missions and updates isnt the best, zombies feel alright but things feel eh, if there was some rewarding system to everything i think i would enjoy it more besides leveling up and getting guns you can just find on the maps anyway.
Played this game with a mate and it was very fun, BUT after taking a break from playing it and coming back I have lost all my levels, all my weapons and all my skins i have unlocked.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I used to play this game all the time with an old friend years ago and we would have so much fun, I recently wanted to come back and try it again but it just feels very downgraded, somehow it got worse over time instead of better. I really liked this game but now I really can't recommend it.
good
Error 136, can't even host a co-op lobby with a friend :(
Genuinly the most fun shooter i've played in VR. few issues however. the movement is fine but on my HTC VIVE PRO 2 there isnt a button to crouch where as in the tutorial it says its the button to change fire select. the dropped items despawn FAR too quickly. you kill an enemy more then 20 meters away you wont be able to get to their body in time to get the gun they had. some enemies will shoot an entire mag at you then when you pick up their gun its still full ,but some wont even shoot and they will only have 2-3 bullets in the mag. the 50cals mounted on the trucks are either too high or too low randomly. amazingly the vector has the realistic amount of recoil but the shotgun on the other hand wont do anything unless you are point blank to your enemies. graphics look absolutely outstanding compared to other games like arizona sunshine, job sim, crazy fishing even war thunder. gameplay is fun and engaging while not being too difficult or easy solid 8/10 I definitelyrecommend adding this to your collection
TL;DR: The guns are bad and the whole (very buggy) game is focused on them, so it's not what I'd call worth the money. The guns feel TERRIBLE in this $25 VR shooter. Genuinely, they are abysmal. Time after time, I rack the gun all the way back with a fully loaded magazine inserted, and the gun still can't shoot. There's no jamming mechanic, no safety on the firearm, it's just really unreliable. The realism of the self described "40+ realistic firearms" is laughable, with attachments being hot glued on to guns, incorrect operation of them being very common, and large gaps in models being everywhere. Entire parts of the guns are just missing on top of that, like the bolt release on the "SMG 45" having some parts of it just completely gone. Also, some guns fly out of your hands if you try to shoot them one handed, but it's very inconsistent and doesn't happen reliably enough to feel like a real mechanic rather than your controllers losing tracking. Good luck removing attachments, by the way. You need a second loose one of the same type in order to remove it. What about the rest of the game? Well, it's like a VR Call Of Duty. The campaign missions consist of running forward and shooting enemies. This wouldn't really be a problem if the guns felt good, but it's clear I have a strong dislike for them. There's climbing, which feels really janky but I am glad it's there for the most part. Sitting on a roof shooting enemies would be really cool (if I liked the guns, that it). The campaign story isn't very engaging since the story never really matches with the location, like the section of the game that takes place right after a large natural disaster looks practically pristine aside from the occasional pothole. The game also can't make up its mind on whether or not to censor swear words. Random NPCs will have loud censor bleeps on one line but say a loud hardy f-bomb immediately afterward. It's a nitpick, but it's really funny nonetheless. The menus constantly bug out. I was able to use items I didn't even unlock by bringing them back from a level and putting them on the loadout dummy. Then when I went to equip the weapons for the next mission it showed completely different weapons available, then gave me the set of guns I smuggled in instead after I selected a completely different third set of weapons. Voting for a new level at the end of the previous never seemed to visually update the menu either. I even got softlocked in the tutorial when the game spawned in infinite sniper scopes and didn't realized I already put one on my rifle. I got the game for $8 dollars, and quite frankly, I wish I spent less. Apparently the sequel got rid of the climbing mechanic and made the graphics notably worse for what was a higher price tag until lowered due to community feedback, so that's neat I guess.
I don't know what happened between 2021 and today but uhhh... Yikes. Settings cannot be accessed whatsoever on Quest 2, regardless of offered workarounds or SteamVR bindings. Zombies mode is honestly a joke. (a VRChat world offers a much better experience for the very thing y'all were trying to recreate lol)
Playing it on Quest 2 via Virtual Desktop and I am having a really good time with it. I did struggle a bit with the controls during the tutorial, but once I found a gun of my liking (SMG) and got used to manual reloading, it all really clicked for me. At this rate I'll probably finish this one and grab Zero Caliber 2 :)
this game is unironically made for kids, don't get it
