Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

You Shouldn't Be Here is a short psychedelic visual novel that takes place in a strange world filled with harrowing creatures. You’ll meet Dimitriv who is willing to keep you safe as long as you help him with something.
The story touches on topics such as mental health, exclusion, and various other existential questions.
The gritty pixel-art, together with the somewhat erratic and despairing soundtrack, intends to create a dreamlike, bordering on nightmarish, atmosphere.

In the shape of the infinite, I am one.
Swallowed by an ocean of bliss.
No choices to be made,
no stories to unfold,
no riddles to solve.
No, nothing at all…

You really shouldn’t be here..

A wee-bit preachy, but it's got a point at least, and doesn't waste your time getting to it. The surrealist art direction was a visual treat(at least to me), and felt like a labor of love, even if the artist may be greener than some of their peers.
Very creepy little visual novel, do recommend if you want a quick but messed up adventure
this game... is peak real peak

A tidy little horror experience, Glad I got this, it's a special kind of game, def' the result of the dev' having a story to tell and telling it their way. Whole game felt like a fever dream but I found myself slowly being more and more drawn into the narrative and once I (think) I understood what was happening I was actively enjoying my time with it. Would recommend, simple point and click driven narrative with a clear path of progression but oozes charm. And uses poetry to drop exposition in a way that almost makes you want to go back reply afterwards, which i'd imagine, is what anyone with more than an hour or soo did, and rightfully so! There are some pretty heavy themes though so proceed with caution.
the jumpscares are actual nightmare fuel... though then again I was playing this at 2 in the morning with zero sleep
The rare game that makes me wish Steam had a neutral option. The game's story was more generic and juvenile than it probably wanted, but the presentation of story, art and dialogue really helped elevate the experience a lot. I get why people would find that interesting. I know I won't remember this game in a week. Developer deserves a thumbs up for the obvious passion / vision he had while making this game. Really short, but also really cheap game.
It's that old leftist poetry that tries to come across as deeper than it is by dumping existentialist rambling on you and mixing it with psychedelia so it won't look like the bore it actually is, all while trying to slip its propaganda in with the mix.
La atmosfera del juego se siente orgánica y genuina, apocalíptica. La música y el ambiente está muy bien implementado. Para ser un juego indie está perfecto. Recomiendo jugar de una sola pasada (2 horas aprox) para hilar de mejor forma la historia
