Hear me out... This game is genuinely FUN, and has the potential to suck you in like a Kraken's Vortex! The problem is.. there are so many problems. You are 30 mins deep into a run, you are absolutely destroying everything in sight and right about to reach that level 150 youve been waiting to get to that will unloc- CRASH. *explitives* You say to yourself "ok self, that was extremely annoying but lets try it again, surely it wont do that agai-" CRASH. I have gone through 12 computers at this point, I have to stop flipping my desk in rage, but this madness makes it impossible! TLDR : This game is fun, but crashes way to much at alarmingly precise, rage-inducing intervals. Additionally, if you are lucky enough to get extended gameplay, you come to notice that not everything is destructable.. even things you would definitely think would be like a small hut on a beach. Skyscrapers are made out of Mithril i guess, so your bombs and slams have no power here. You can only destory small buildings.. small buildings that are not touching another small building because duh- it creates an impervious forcefield when buildings touch tips. For the Devs: Please.. love your game and love yourself enough to fix this beautiful baby you have birthed into the world! I recommend the following: - Basic attacks that make you feel like you are not just strolling down the street.. give us a little left click right click action! - Make everything destructible! No more big-building privilage , all is fair in love and war! - Crashes...Fix those and I will personally kiss your big toe.

Almost a good game, maybe will be better once the beta is over and they release a few patches for QOL and balance but there is a few parts about the game that are not fun. The first 3-4 you are just walking on people until you unlock your abilities and increase cool down. It gets annoying since you spend 4 minutes to start actually playing, but then you die to something weird or glitchy and then you have to spend 4 minutes walking to play the game again. You unlock the abilities but a majority of the time the most efficient way to level up and kill the enemies is still just walking on them. Some attacks look like they should destroy tanks and armored trucks but don't do anything. The mech character is cool but for some reason their is no cross hair for you to aim your weapons and its attacks are to slow to start off so you can just randomly die to bad timing. Example you go to fire the Grav bombs or missile launcher and if a mortar locks on to you when you click them you just die, by the time you finish firing the rockets or grav bomb there isn't enough time to move out of the way of the strike. The mortar fire if you are under the bridge wont show on the ground so you will sometimes die to an attack that you don't even know it exists. For some reason only some buildings are destructable. Game crashed 4 times in 3 hour of gameplay
First of all, the game itself is pretty fun. Pretty good idea in it. And comes the BUT... The game is crashing many, me and many other ppls having crashes but nothing comes from the developers. Searching for days, weeks, finally found a youtube video that actually helped to solve the crashes. Played the game for some days to make sure its worked. Yesterday night im shared the video in the steam community to help others with it. This is ok, sounds good. Today, the developers give out a patch that totally breaks the game again and the breaks the solution i found and the game is crashing around every single time, sometimes even on the loginscreen. So to be fair. This is a game of survival what you play for hours. But when you reach high lvl and things starting to feel nice, you get a crash. Every... single... time... This game is literally unplayable and i CANT recommend it to ANYONE but only programers who can reprorgam the game to run for them. Cannot recommend it even if its become free.
The random crashes and one-shot mechanics make this a 'not-yet' for me. Wait until there's more work done to make the game more stable and playable.
Such a fun game! But it still crashes *a lot*, which really kills the vibe
game is fun to pass time, I get its an early access but the crash reports that happen every single time only on endless mode and around the 15min mark is making me not recommend it in this current state. as it sits it is fun, needs more to it. i cant put my finger on it though. fix the crash on endless and id be happy it recommend it.
Really good game, great concept, gets a little bit repetitive but i honestly had great fun playing this and i hope it keeps getting updated
I really want to love this game right now, but it crashes too much. I didn't realize how fun a kaiju style game would be until I played this, and it really draws you in. Constantly leveling up and getting better abilities makes it a really enjoyable gameplay loop. Right now, the game is a little bare bones. I'd love to see more monsters, more abilities, more skill trees in general. It's still a really solid concept which is why I like it, but having more would be great! But also, you will crash. If you plan to do the infinite mode, you will crash around level 100 pretty much every single time. This *needs* to be fixed before the rest of the game can progress. Until it's fixed, I can't earnestly recommend the entire game. But the base game (up to 50 levels per monster) still functions from what I can tell, so I guess it's workable. It's also early access so things can still change. Really hoping the developers hone in on this project, because it has serious potential. Especially if they allow workshop monsters. Definitely keep an eye on this game and buy it if the gameplay looks interesting, but be aware of the shortcomings.
Im loving it, but this game is genuinely a dumpster fire. I thumbs up the game, because I don't want it to get bad flak, but there are so many early access issues. it crashes, does a weird thing where none of the inputs work sometimes, there are invisible walls, the game is just genuinely awful at the moment but the premise is super fun. I have found a way to deal with the invisible walls is squirming by moving backwards.
This game has a lot of potential. But it just isn't there yet. The movement is clunky, the envriomental interactional are lacking and the first monster that you have access to is the best option to play through the game. Enil and T 83 are not nearly as fun to play as Kraken. I have not unlocked the final monster at this point. This game just needs a few additions to really be something special. health bars on enemy units and more easily noticed wear and tear on buildings before they are destroyed. Just the ability to use some sort of attack animation from clicking instead of simply running over or face first into enemies would do this game wonders. Also, it doesn't seem like any monster powers actually DO anything to vehicals, only pedestrians. As it is I can't recommend the game, but I look forward to what can be done with the basic formula that the dev has shown so far. Again, there is SO MUCH potential here for something great! It just isn't here yet. I also had issues with the game crashing a few times.
