World of Warships

It's a game. Actually writing a review in not worth my effort. Play it if you don't mind being destroyed in one volley. And never play the American Omaha cruiser AKA "Floating Coffin".

Just not as fun as it used to be and wouldn't recommend nowadays. The few game modes that are there are stale and the ones we actually like are rotated out of selection every couple of months despite what the community wants. Map selection is somewhat scarce and bland once you've cycled through them. The monetization is also getting out of control with $110+ Admiral packs, they are greedier than Gajin and that says something. There are also too many funny buttons for high tier ships which cause only a handful (or two) of ships to be feasible at that tier making high tier even more cut throat than it needs to be; and that's still not taking into account you can easily get sneezed on from 25km-30km out and die instantly to begin with. To avoid this many players sit behind an island and never move leaving the caps wide open to the enemy since they are not in a position that can look over the cap area. Teamwork at the level is hit or miss (mostly misses) but you can definitely count on teammates cussing each other out for the smallest things or even for nothing. Overall the good days of WoWs are behind it and now it's the devs trying to keep this game from dying even though they are the reason it's in terrible shape.
