Wildgate is a PvPvE multiplayer shooter with 3 different modes. In Artifact Brawl, be the first to snatch the Artifact and blast through the Wildgate, or destroy the ships of every rival crew to be crowned the winner. Fleet Battle pits two massive teams of up to 12 players each against one another in relentless, action-packed combat. For a more relaxed looting expedition, salvage treasure and escape with the spoils before getting blown up in Treasure Hunt.
Across all modes your ship is your home and lifeline for you and your prospector crew. Keep it topped up with ice, fuel and ammo so you're ready for anyone or anything the Reach throws at you.
Blast your enemies with hi-tech cannons and gadgets, lure them into deadly traps, or even mess with their ship... as long as they don't sabotage yours first. When your perfect plan goes out the airlock, there's only one option... wing it!
Stay one step ahead as you and your crew navigate the Reach — a vast, ever-changing procedurally-generated map that changes with every game.

I really believed in this game. I thought it was a refreshing concept that people would come to love. Over time, the dev's just failed to innovate or release content for the game, or fix bugs in a timely manner. The gameplay got stale, changes took months to happen. Bugs existed that streamers were exploiting and the dev's did little to nothing to stop them from what I know. They never really expanded on their ideas from when it was in beta. The game released with little to no new content. You can only do the same exact things so many times. I really hoped that they would have released the game for free by now, and hopefully try to revive it by listening more closely to community ideas and feedback. Not so sure that will ever happen anymore.
Got this for free on Epic and its honestly been the most refreshing PVP experience in years. There are so many little quirks to the gameplay loop. Do you do another POI to get upgraded equipment? Do you mine for resources to ensure you can outheal or outrun? Do you go attack another Player ship? Do you go attack another NPC ship for upgrade equipment? Do you go for the big POI points with the best weapons, but are obvious and announced? And that doesn't even include once combat starts. It has it all. Do you out muscle the enemy ship with turret guns? hijack, sabotage, board, ram, etc. This game is the pirates you play in your backyard as a kid

I was genuinely surprised by how engaging the gameplay turned out to be — especially the whole theme of space and flying ships 🚀. The mechanics feel smooth, responsive, and exciting enough to keep you hooked for long sessions. I really enjoyed how every encounter felt dynamic, and the combination of exploration and action made the experience even more satisfying 😄. The visuals are pleasant, the soundtrack fits perfectly, and overall the game feels thoughtfully crafted. The quality gameplay, the appealing style, and the atmosphere together create something memorable that’s absolutely worth trying. I liked it a lot, and I think anyone who appreciates space adventures will too ✨😉.
Играл на бете и на релизе игры, все понравилось, но из-за маленького онлайна в игре - забросил, попадались только задроты которые играют 24 на 7 и все) и не было возможности играть вдвоем на корабле для двоих с другом. Вернулся в игру когда узнал, что добавили корабли на двоих - круто, классно, но загрузившись в игру, мы обнаружили что не все вражеские корабли на двоих)))))))))) правильно в игре погоня за артефактов, тупо нас несколько раз разнес корабль с тремя, четырмя людьми))) зачем было добавлять тогда корабли для двоих? я когда запускаю хочу видить против себя такие же корабли с двумя людьми
DO NOT BOTHER BUYING THIS GAME U CAN PLAY IT FOREVER IF U GET THE FREE TRIAL BECAUSE NO ONE IS PLAYING THE GAME AND THE QUEUE TIMES ARE INSANE. YOU HAVE TO HIT LVL 11 TO RUN OUT OF FREE TRIAL WHICH WILL LITERALLY TAKE U FOREVER CAUSE THIS GAME IS DEAD! The new game mode that came out seemed interesting and it said the queue was 7 seconds! I also could not play the relic hunt gamemode as it was disabled for 10 minutes! I waited in queue for 10 minutes, only for the queue to get disabled for their brand new game mode! And the epic part is the new game modes queue was disabled for 1 hour! THEY LITERALLY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS TO RUN 2 GAME MODES AT ONCE XDDDDDDDDDDD! I then waited in queue for another 10 minutes to play the relic hunt mode with a 4 player ship on fill mode. Could not get into a game so swapped to the solo ship and waited another 6 minutes in queue, only for one team to instantly leave and the other squad of 3 to blow me up after i hunted them for 10 minutes! AND I ONLY EARNED HALF A LEVEL OF XP WHICH MEANS U NEVER HAVE TO BUY THIS DOGWATER SCAMWARE OF A GAME! THIS IS U GUYS UNTIL U MAKE UR GAME FREE 🤡🤡🤡 MAKE UR DYING GAME FREE ALREADY LIKE HELLLLOOOOO??????? FUJCKING IDIOTS PUTTING IT FOR FREE ON EPIC GAMES????????????????????????? 游戏本身的质量还不错，但是主打多人的游戏没人玩这就有点搞笑了，分了4种模式，但没有一个主推的模式，本就没多少玩家的情况下把玩家分得更散了，匹配预估时间17秒但实际上几分钟过去了都匹配不到人，虽然很可惜但这游戏怕是要死咯~即使网易代理国内也没见过什么宣发，要不是免费周末的活动我压根都忘记这个游戏的存在了~~

Game is absolutely fantastic. Its like Sea of Thieves in space and is perfectly executed. Guns are balanced, has a nice rouge-like aspect that keeps the games entertaining. The world feels super cohesive and smooth. They have been updating it which is great but it was also perfectly fine off of launch. Not one of those games where they expect you to spend your money on a half baked project. I think that everyone should give this game a shot and while the price tag might be a bit of a deterrent for some people I just wanna say its absolutely worth it. Give this game a shot, you wont regret it.
