Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 95.14/day in the week to Jul 18 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The world has succumbed to the Wildfrost. Now only Snowdwell and its survivors stand as the last bastion against an eternal winter... Build up a deck of powerful card companions and elemental items, as you battle to banish the frost once and for all!
Perfect your card battling and deck-building skills, and set out on a quest to bring an end to The Wildfrost! Begin each journey with your chosen tribe Leader, each gifted with different randomised skills and stats, before mapping out your chosen path into the unforgiving frosty landscape.
Rescue and recruit frozen companions you find along the way, unearth lost treasures, and spend your hard-earned blings with travelling merchants. The decisions you make and routes you take during each run will help craft a powerful deck, unique to you each time you play.
Collect a huge array of cute, but mighty card companions, as well as handy items and clunker cards to aid you in battle. Experiment with different elemental card combinations to find your winning formula.
Your companion cards aren’t just disposable minions for dealing out damage; upgrade and customise your favourites by adding wobbly charms to enhance their powers, making your deck a powerful (and adorable) force to be reckoned with!
Plan ahead with the help of a dynamic counter system to map out your next move and fend off frosty foes. While Wildfrost battles are turn-based, cards don’t attack every turn. Instead they have a ‘counter’ which counts down the amount of turns until they’re ready to automatically make their move!
By keeping an eye on enemy monsters’ counters, you can plot ahead your perfect play. Buff your companions? Stall an enemy attack? Or maybe count down your own timer to wreak havoc fast! It’s up to you to strategically turn the tide in your favour.
Need a rest? Take shelter in the cosy town of Snowdwell. Here survivors have gathered to keep warm using the power of the Luminice, a giant shard of hot ice.
As you progress after each run you’ll be able to return and gradually help expand the hub town itself, constructing buildings such as a Pet Shop, Inventors Hut and more! These new areas will unlock fun and useful new things to use during your adventures, with new cards, tribes, cosmetics, challenges to complete, and events to encounter.
Think you’ve defeated the Frost Guardian? Even after you’ve beaten back the frost, Wildfrost offers endless replayability, with daily runs and challenges! Test your skills and improve your score!

My primary school aged daughter and I play this game together; we discuss tactics, tell tales about our adventuring party and generally have a great time. This game is a lot of fun. Easy to learn, but with a surprising amount of depth and with its "you've won?" mechanic it gets harder over time as you get better over time. An easy recommend.
Fun for a while, but given the price and how it dies out around the 5 hour mark I'd say its a pass. The squad tactics are an interesting twist on deck builders, but it only takes a few runs to see all the same stuff. If I knew how repetitive it get's I'd have passed.

Absolute banger of a card roguelite. Loads of mechanics and different cards, allowing for huge amount of strategies. Heavily recommended to anyone and especially for lovers of this genre!!!
The game has a "fun" mechanic where you'r winning "team" is the boss of the next run and honestly it's just too hard. it's way too easy to loose and you never really get a chance to feel powerful like most rouge-likes. It's cute, well made, and just a little too punishing.
Heavily reliant on getting synergies going rather than skilling through an encounter. Enemy timers are globally much shorter than most player cards meaning your ability to stall or burst is hindered simply by not having enough going into an encounter. Great art, ok music with 3 loops and lack of real control of your deck makes this a weaker entry is the genre. 6/10
150h for all 27 achievement. 100% Worth it. 10/10 I've played a LOT of deckbuilding roguelike and this is by far my favorite. The level of customisation you can achieve with the charms is amazing. The art style and effects are nice and the music is fun too. Ennemies can get repetitive but even after 150h I still get surprised. Plus, at higher difficulties, ennemies also haved charms that modify them.
Pros: - very deep combat system that rewards the player for paying attention and taking their time - while possible, does not require the "stack numbers as high as you can" to succeed like many other games of the genre - because it's a low numbers game, almost all strategy and builds are viable even on the highest difficulties Cons: - a bit too punishing, even for a rogue-like. A single mistake will cost you the entire run (there is no take a bad penalty/lose health when a fight is going bad, you just die) - almost no reward/punishment for doing well or badly in a fight - runs are too short, the deckbuilding/strategy part of a rogue-like is a bit lacking and you sorta have to lock in your strat early and just stick to it. - NO RUN HISTORY/SEEDED RUNS!? This is the part that is just baffling to me, not being able to review your runs afterwards or re-trying some runs is kinda dumb, it feels like core part of the genre Overall, I like the game, very deep system that rewards forward planning during the fight, also it's very cozy and charming vibes. But it really demands you to pay a lot of attention and is too punishing for the wrong reason. I wish there was a damage indicator system or at least some sort of warning when your leader will take damage, some runs just die because I overlooked one tiny thing. I also wish the deck building part was more fleshed out. But usually you just find 2-3 things that you set to deploy on turn 0 of a fight and just let it run by itself
It’s not a bad game. But i didn’t find it as fun as other card rogue likes
The incredible level of visual polish kept me going for a bit, but mechanically it feels like it's missing something. Losses feel unfair more often than not as you get bad rolls on characters and enemy types. Sometimes it feels like the game is counter-picking your strategy with enemy groups your team has no chance against despite being prepared for nearly every other battle. Other times an enemy will apply a debuff that has a teammate randomly targeting your main unit and ending the run instantly. Also, unlocks take tons of grinding only to reveal a character or card that is incredibly conditional or worse than everything you've unlocked already. Picking any four of the pets I've unlocked other than the healer is nearly a guaranteed failed run.
