Prices

Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 95.14/day in the week to Jul 18 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The world has succumbed to the Wildfrost. Now only Snowdwell and its survivors stand as the last bastion against an eternal winter... Build up a deck of powerful card companions and elemental items, as you battle to banish the frost once and for all!
Perfect your card battling and deck-building skills, and set out on a quest to bring an end to The Wildfrost! Begin each journey with your chosen tribe Leader, each gifted with different randomised skills and stats, before mapping out your chosen path into the unforgiving frosty landscape.
Rescue and recruit frozen companions you find along the way, unearth lost treasures, and spend your hard-earned blings with travelling merchants. The decisions you make and routes you take during each run will help craft a powerful deck, unique to you each time you play.
Collect a huge array of cute, but mighty card companions, as well as handy items and clunker cards to aid you in battle. Experiment with different elemental card combinations to find your winning formula.
Your companion cards aren’t just disposable minions for dealing out damage; upgrade and customise your favourites by adding wobbly charms to enhance their powers, making your deck a powerful (and adorable) force to be reckoned with!
Plan ahead with the help of a dynamic counter system to map out your next move and fend off frosty foes. While Wildfrost battles are turn-based, cards don’t attack every turn. Instead they have a ‘counter’ which counts down the amount of turns until they’re ready to automatically make their move!
By keeping an eye on enemy monsters’ counters, you can plot ahead your perfect play. Buff your companions? Stall an enemy attack? Or maybe count down your own timer to wreak havoc fast! It’s up to you to strategically turn the tide in your favour.
Need a rest? Take shelter in the cosy town of Snowdwell. Here survivors have gathered to keep warm using the power of the Luminice, a giant shard of hot ice.
As you progress after each run you’ll be able to return and gradually help expand the hub town itself, constructing buildings such as a Pet Shop, Inventors Hut and more! These new areas will unlock fun and useful new things to use during your adventures, with new cards, tribes, cosmetics, challenges to complete, and events to encounter.
Think you’ve defeated the Frost Guardian? Even after you’ve beaten back the frost, Wildfrost offers endless replayability, with daily runs and challenges! Test your skills and improve your score!

Reviews

Wildfrost is a good Roguelike deckbuilder with a really pleasing art style and tactile animations. I think it is more focused on tracking and mathing out combats to squeeze efficiency out of that part of the game, compared to others in this genre that have more of a focus on the deck you build with internal synergies. There are still synergies and 'builds' but I think it's a weaker part of Wildfrost compared to other games, as you typically don't add quite as many cards to your deck and there are fewer methods of taking cards out, helping you mould it as I'm typically accustomed to. So I think if you enjoy combat math a lot and a more in depth, complicated fighting card battler, this game is great, if you primarily play these kinds of games for the deck building, build focused game play I think it's not quite as good as the leading games this would be compared to.
Soft locked myself after beating the game the 1st time due to the way they designed the play-through that follows. I understand the gimmick, but it's also a game breaking design that makes replayability annoying to the point where I'm not going to continue playing anymore. Outside of this, the game is fun for the genre. I want to like it, but I'm very annoyed that my only time beating this game will be my only time beating it without 20+ hours of RNG luck to do it a 2nd time. Please fix this. Create an alternate boss mechanic.
Quite a unique spin on the deckbuilder roguelike/roguelite/roguewhatever genre. It plays REALLY different from Slay the Spire, Balatro and similar games but at the same time it scratches the same itch. Also I think MegaCrit (Slay the Spire company) kinda yoinked some ideas from this game for STS2. STS2 allows you to augment some of your cards with events, like making them do more damage, draw 2 cards when played, etc. This is basically the same thing as the Charms in Wildfrost. But Wildfrost does it much much much better. The allies/companions in also add a lot of uniqueness. This basically makes Wildfrost a deckbuilder with... Darkest Dungeon elements. Huge recommend. One of the best deckbuilders out there. Looks nice too.
I think that every roguelike deckbuilder has that "oh I get it now" moment where playing the game pretty much becomes second nature like breathing and I think hitting that moment is the most rewarding part of any roguelike, especially with this game. I think that Wildfrost's barrier of entry can be quite steep but it is absurdly rewarding to master this game, as soon as you get over that hurdle of understanding how the game works it really feels like you get the perfect balance of skill, randomness and difficulty. The freedom of customization in this game is simple yet deep and is precisely what keeps me so hooked, Inscryption is one of my favorite games of all time and Wildfrost pretty much takes that idea of modifying your own run and perfectly expands on it. And honestly I probably don't need to speak on the art, you can clearly see how beautiful this game looks, the worldbuilding is an overflow of charm and care and it inspires me greatly as an artist that I could someday create a world as compelling as this one. This game is easily one of my favorites of all time and i'll probably keep coming back to it!
This game is very fun and challenging. I've beaten the game multiple times and I'm still having fun playing it. I feel like I can usually get a build that I am happy with and when I lose it feels like I wasn't paying attention rather than feeling like I didn't get the right card or didn't have the right build.
Fun for a while, but given the price and how it dies out around the 5 hour mark I'd say its a pass. The squad tactics are an interesting twist on deck builders, but it only takes a few runs to see all the same stuff. If I knew how repetitive it get's I'd have passed.
