Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 26 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Get ready to re-learn how to fight. This game features a physics based combat system with directional attacks. It'll take time to master! Don't worry, gladiators exist to be sacrificed. You control your character fully, at all times, based on complex inputs - you will never sit there while an animation plays.
This game's combat will take practice: at first you will find it hard to even hit anything properly. To win and master combat you will have to slow down and pay attention, pressing random buttons in a panic will only send your gladiator to an even earlier grave. You will learn how to move, how to use momentum to hit HARD, how to hit targeted weak spots and eventually, you will make up your own moves and fight in your own style.

Honestly a lot of fun, dropped 10 hours immediately after purchase, if you enjoyed the Swords and Sandals flash game back in the day you will definitely enjoy this.
Combat isn't perfect but there's so many mechanics to the game that it feels new every time. Can't stay away for too long without doing a run or 2.
this game is a good bit of fun and a great way to kill time. Its very rough around the edges, so if you're looking for a polished game then this isnt for you. But for me, the clunky element is what gives it the charm that it has
Just reached the Max rank on my first character of the game, Took me 10 1/2 hours of gameplay (run time was 14 hours for some reason) Game is very repetitive and the difficulty did not spike along the way. Possibly because I was supposed to already retire my first character to increase difficulty which I will do now. Already reached the max level gear possible at 3-4 hours in, with the rest just grinding with the maximum possible fame multiplier possible. Took me 130+ weeks and 101 matches I do enjoy this game very much despite how stagnant it seems later on, switching between third person and a top down view was interesting, but not something that makes it stand out as a reason to buy the game itself. it made the game easier than it already is. Throwing weapons is definitely something you have to get used to with time, the damage is negligible in late game and I always found the mechanics for it weird, and despite how cool it feels, it doesn't feel as useful as it should be. I love the style and gameplay, and I do recommend others playing it.
Very fun game! It's like Half Sword but set in gladiatorial Rome. The backstories are all very cool and fun to play, its challenging without being super aggravating, and has very interesting and intricate mechanics. A+!
I really tried getting into it but the fighting just feels so weird and clunky. Maybe it's just not my game but I found the movement and swinging of any weapon rather annoying than enjoyable.
